The West is draining Ukraine

It is russia, and only russia, that is 'draining Ukraine', and that's about the most polite way possible to describe what russia is doing to a non threatening neighbor while trying to steal it's territory.


But don't worry yourself about Ukraine (other than the innocent humans russia is killing, we already have 500 billion dollars taken from russia to rebuild Ukraine after your invasion forces are defeated, and we'll probably take another trillion or two dollars from your future oil revenue to pay for the rest.
