Myocarditis doesn't go away, the damage is permanent, and effects the electrical signals that flow through your heart.
I'll only point out that many things that are thought to be incurable/permanent - T2/3 diabetes, IBD/IBS, etc - actually are curable, some easily
(e.g., low carb, especially carnivore, plus intermittent fasting will quickly eliminate all T2 diabetes symptoms, within weeks, and will dramatically
improve even T1 diabetes symptoms to the point they become easily managed with much lower insulin requirements).
For myocarditis, I would use extended fasting, and especially periodic dry fasting, to boost the body's natural stem cell production. For dry fasting,
you have to be in good health and be careful, but there are a lot of people doing 3, 5, 7, and even 11 day dry fasts with miraculous results (cancers,
even horrendous glio-blastoma's, eradicated in weeks or months, depending on your current health status, dietary/lifestyle practices, exact protocol
used, etc).
Stem cells can cure virtually anything.
