Hell, I understand and Im serious about her and my chest "issues" our family has a history of heart disease. We are both well above the age where heart attacks are common.

I have no doubt some of mine are I have sleep apnea, Im way overweight, I don't sleep well, stressed to the max so when I started having them I pay attention. But Im getting better I do take an omega 3 and have eliminated nicotine, bread, carbs, and refined sugars as well as have done well enough that I no longer need lisinopril for high blood pressure. But Im definitely a work in progress.

Watching my BIL having a triple bypass and his recovery, all when he is in much, much better shape. Really got me going, it's like I said ok dumbazz you abused your body for 58 years now how about trying to take care of it for the next 15.

Sometimes it takes that to give us the kick up the arse to make a change. I didn't really exercise until I lost a loved one, makes you think.

Fingers crossed it's more than 15 years for you!

Yes, there was a window of three days when the vaccine first came out to lock in your theory, and once it's locked in, all the data in the world won't change it. I suppose you locked in "this is totally safe and I trust the government 100%". Be sure you never change your mind either. I think there are fines.

No Im not on anything prescribed at all, my cholesterol is actually pretty good, I eat lots of salads and vegetables, lean protein, tuna fish, eggs, etc. finally learned how to steam Mahi Mahi with some spinach, garlic, and whatever else and it's fantastic.

It's weird trying to eliminate bread, rice, pasta, and sugar no doubt those were a large part of my diet for 58 years. This past year Ive really missed bread the most, probably sugar is missed the least. If I drink a Coke now it tastes like pure sugar, yuck, LOL and I easily used to have 2-3 sodas a day for decades.


LOL like my doctor said I was lucky cause I was skinny person who became overweight, I wasn't always this way.

but I do try and limit all my sugar intake I'll occasionally have fresh fruit and honey.

My mother just passed from Colon and liver cancer one year after the 2nd jab. She was healthy and full of energy prior to the jabs but a month after the 2nd jab she became very tired often. She didn't drink or smoke and was in very good health. Late 2021 she had a colonoscopy and a ultra sound of her liver and they found cancer in the colon and lesion on her liver. She had surgery in January and basically the surgeon came out and said she needs to get her affairs in order as she has massive cancer in her liver, colon, and abdominal cavity. She had been get blood work every 6 month for years and there wasn't anything that suggested she had cancer or bad liver levels prior to the jabs. She fought for six months. Maybe she had the beginnings of cancer prior to the jab, maybe the jabs accelerated the cancer, or maybe the jab took a strong healthy women and killed her in less then a year! No way to know. Hell, we both laughed and took a low dose of aspirin drank some water and spray a little magnesium oil on our arms, and pretend that made us all better.

I have a client I'm working for right now who was a nurse at a hospital here in cardiology, she had the shot and developed breast cancer, she states emphatically that she believes the shot gave her cancer, no proof though and anyone that says anything loses their job.

I've had 2 booster shots and am doing fine.

I received my third shot and had a heart attack in March 2022. Never had an issue prior to the shots.

I'm curious if there was any vaccinated family that didn't lose at least a person or have a stillborn.

I actually told my family all the speculations and why it is illegal what they're doing with "vaccines". They shrugged me off like I'm obviously a few marbles short...

few months later we lose our father, few months after that my sister birthed a dead baby. :/ I reminded them... They have no right to pretend they didn't see any of it coming when I warned them multiple times. (they didn't even know which vaccines they were getting, had no paperwork, NOTHING... NO IDEA about ANYTHING, so I just left it alone at that point... they're already gone, they just don't know it yet, but I have yet to cry at any recent funerals, it's been in the works for a few years and all anticipated)
