Smart move by a politician, get votes via patriotism.

Smart move by a great statesman.

Smart move by a slimy statesman.

And now, it would almost be impossible to undo this by a future Govt.

I really don't know anything about this guy but top move.

We may see other leaders take the same posture for the same reasons, they are not all held in great esteem by the public.

P

His son gave an excellent presentation at Lindell's Cyber Symposium. It's well worth the watch.

President Bolsonaro is loved by his people.

Kadaffi was as well and we all know what they made the world think about him. Look at lybia now, its a disaster. It was the last true free country in the world.

“I said we should care about the elderly and people with underlying suffering and now studies from outside Brazil show I was right,” Bolsonaro said. And which Brazilian state went into lockdown the most? Sao Paulo. Which state had the highest death rate per 100,000 people? Sao Paulo. That shows I was right," he added.

And which Brazilian state has the highest population by a long way. Yip. Sao Paulo.

Kadaffi wanted to drop the petrodollar. He wanted his own central bank and back their currency with gold. Lybia was way better of then the current state of affairs.

Thanks NATO/US for defending us from the tyranny of Kadaffi. /sarc

Thanks for posting. I have a Brazilian friend who adores Bolsonaro. The guy is pretty bold to stand up against the Klaus Schwab crowd.

Good News!

Globalization is Coming Undone

One of the many buzzwords percolating around Davos this week is "fragmentation," the force economists there warned could have "devastating human consequences." By "fragmentation," they are referring to a breakdown of the kind of free-wheeling, border-crossing trade and investment that's defined the global economic order over the past three decades. It is a form of deglobalization — rebuilding fences around national or regional fiefdoms. "Fragmentation is the sense that we may be having economies protect themselves a little more domestically, and that could slow things down," Josh Lipsky, director of the Atlantic Council's GeoEconomics Center, told me. "And then it may make things more expensive in return."

If countries want to protect themselves domestically, that's their sovereign right.

That , Exactly that my friend. Whenever i tell people these details i see them pause in disbelieve and they either start thinking or dismiss it right on the spot. Which is the point where i challenge them to look into it for themselves. Small chance that they will but what more could i do.

It's a per capita number, math and logic is, contrary to what you imply, not on your side of the argument.

FYI Message from former President Donald J. Trump, regarding Brazil President Bolsonaro..

Congratulations to President of Brazil Jair Bolsonaro on greatly “outperforming” inaccurate early Fake News Media polls & getting into a two person runoff, to take place October 30th, with a Radical Left challenger.

Now that other Conservatives are out of the race, President Bolsonaro is in a very strong position to win BIG. More importantly, he will be victorious because the wonderful people of Brazil appreciate the great job he has done, and is doing.

Tremendous Voter Surge over last 24 hours!
