Yea its wierd why that is an option to read in a high school. Granted, this comic book sex is nothing compared to what any student can access on their smart phones.
I doubt any kids are checking this book out for pornographic reasons unless they are amish
As a significant portion of the recently reported Monkeypox cases has been identified among gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men, the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) expressed concern on Sunday that some media reporting and commentary was reinforcing homophobic and racist stereotypes.
Not everybody buys into the 'free love with everybody you meet' ideology. A lot of us 'stuffy' people in the US still believe in monogamy; life is a lot less complicated- and dangerous- that way.
It's hard enough for a kid to figure out who they are and what they want in life, without throwing in gender confusion, multiple sexual relationships and all the extra baggage that goes along with adulting.
It sounds like you think it is natural for your middle school children to engage in sex, risking STD's and pregnancy. But, its all natural right?

But it actually is natural, we are animals, born with genetic disposition to breed. It is what it is, you can close your eyes and deny human nature, but only for so long.

Do you, like many of us with good parents, remember a time of innocence?
The best part of life! Not one bit of interest in sex barely curious, building forts and racing bike.

Is there where I point out all the horrible sexual things animals do to one another in nature and ask if that makes them perfectly normal, natural and wonderful for humans, especially kids as young as junior high age?

Got any leftist defenders left here that want to explain how THIS is education and not Pornography? How can we not have these educators and school boards who authorize and distribute this filth arrested?
This is blatant pornography, anyone disagree? Please, someone explain the educational value of this filth.
Look at it!
