The teacher in question is the reason we teach good touch/bad touch. That's a disturbing take on it for children that young.

They chose the word because it best fit the offence.

We ought to be careful of whom we place all the blame on. So the school had no idea what was happening and this teacher single handily created the curriculum, drew it all out and printed out the assignments?? The school say's that they are "investigating", which is basically shifting the blame all on the teacher. What you have here is the higher up echelon investigating themselves!
