11. Carrying out constitutional reform in Ukraine with a new constitution entering into force by the end of 2015 providing for decentralization as a key element (including a reference to the specificities of certain areas in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, agreed with the representatives of these areas), as well as adopting permanent legislation on the special status of certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in line with measures as set out in the footnote until the end of 2015.

Sorry but who is invading Ukraine?
Coz it sure isn't NATO.
Your turn to answer questions methinks.
Do you support the use of battlefield nukes or any other sort?
And do you back or agree with current Russian military doctrine regarding such?

Did that part end up happening? Decentralization?

In 2014, the West invaded Ukraine.
Now we have to correct the consequences of this invasion and destroy the anti-Russian Nazis.
I'm too obtuse (and ill mannered) to answer your questions.
Hence the conclusion: stop fighting with Russia, otherwise the boomerang will return very quickly. Such thoughts...

Is this one of those alternative histories?

Cry that river all you wish turretless nobody worth there salt entertains such nonsense.
As to consequences well the better part of the civilised nations of the world are against Russia, and her invasion of her peaceful neighbour, so not just NATO nations.
Good luck fighting those odds or attempting to convince them as to Russia's intensions.
Because they can see your nation for what she is, same as they can see all the atrocities being committed.
And its not just my questions that you fail to answer but other peoples in the thread also.
If you cannot reciprocate where simple queries are concerned, don't bother asking anymore silly questions.

Take a spoonful of your own medicine then and try answering some questions.
As opposed to asking daft or loaded conundrums.
Do you support the use of battlefield nukes, or any other sort, in Ukraine, or being used on any other nation?
Do you back or agree with current Russian military doctrine regarding the concept of escalate to deescalate?

your Leader is shiite. you know it,the world knows it.
Ukraine liberated itself from a corrupt politician who was stealing money and going against the wishes of its people. Sounds like a revolution to me.

And russia has been invading Ukraine since the 1600s
The hetman of the Zaporozhian Cossacks, Bohdan Khmelnytsky, had been leading a revolt against Polish rule in Ukraine since 1648. In 1651, in the face of a growing threat from Poland and forsaken by his Tatar allies, Khmelnytsky asked the tsar to incorporate Ukraine as an autonomous duchy under Russian protection. The Russians were reluctant to enter into such an agreement, and it was not until October 1653 that a Russian zemsky sobor (“assembly of the land”) approved the request and Alexis sent a delegation, headed by V.V. Buturlin, to the Cossacks.

Unfortunately, this is our branch of history.
Only after the coup did Europe manage to impose an unfavorable treaty on Ukraine - THIS IS a .PDF file - trade.ec.europa.eu...

Well in that case I'd say they didn't invent it. Russia has a lot of good engineers afaik, so I'm not saying you couldn't design a boomerang.
Russians can invent and produce anything without the genocide of the indigenous population of America, Australia, Canada, India, China and many other countries.)))
