If they moved their offices of a country that has a constitution and first constitution and amendment companies should follow it. Just like Disney.

Again, before joining either Twitter or Facebook, you AGREE to the TOS. If you don't agree with the TOS, you can't join. There is no argument here. The rules didn't just recently change. ✌

Of course I have had an account there since 2002 .Been there three times in 20 years.

Again, I can not make it any simpler. It is in the TOS! Users have to AGREE, to the TOS, before joining. The TOS, doesn't allow for Users to post Conspiracytheories or outright lies, such as Sandy Hook didn't happen, and all people involved are crisis actors.

You still have the freedom to post things like that, on other forums, just not FB or Twitter. As it is stated in their TOS. Which if you are a user agreed to.

Obama has a long history of spitting on the bill of rights and the constitution. He has a long history of illegal acts that have never been punished.

He has no business telling anyone how to use or abuse the first amendment in any way, let alone tell any American how to do anything. I see a lot of replies stating that the first amendment doesn't apply to social media companies because they are privately owned and not the government.

While that is true, considering the fact that Congress has repeatedly demanded in formal Congressional hearings with the heads of these companies that they censor information that the government doesn't like, then it is effectively the government doing the censoring, which is against the Constitution.

The government can not use third parties to do an end run around the Constitution.

And clearly, Obama has no problem with the government doing just that.

That's a "conflict of interest" but let's be honest, these platforms were engineered and launched with precisely that purpose in mind. It was always a national security investment and always a surveillance apparatus. There's a delicate balance between devising a humanitarian service and marketing that product to investors according to their individual ends, of which national security are the most financially stable because government is signing the check. And that is precisely why economic pillars like Elon Musk are so intimidating to their coalition because he doesn't participate in such politics for any amount of profit. If the people who sign the business license, the people who own shares in the company and the people buying information collected are all the same people then it's not a "humanitarian service" anymore but a commodity, including means of production et al. Funny how capitalism and communism have that in common.
