You think a VLF transmitter could be used to make someone 'hear' things ? And if possible, how could one extend the range ? How far?

Voice to skull telepathy? Possible? Supposed mind reading ability? Tech that receives your response as you formulate it? Possible? Possible to override said tech by force of will and send a weaponized signal back? Defensive Weaponizing NEW tech would be much less hands on I would imagine..

For some reason Ive had my eye on this DOCOMO company out of Japan for a long time.
They have came up with some pretty cool concept phones..check them out if You get time.
