That isn't how they burden of proof works. If you make a claim you provide some evidence to back it up...without evidence the claim is worthless.
Ukraine war: Investigations launched into video of alleged torture of Russian prisoners
www.euronews.com...
Ukraine's presidential adviser Oleksiy Arestovych issued a stark reminder to his country's soldiers in an address posted on Instagram.
"Since we have counterattacked in some areas, it means that there will be many prisoners," Arestovych said.
"I would like to remind all our military, civilian and defence forces once again that the abuse of prisoners is a war crime that has no amnesty under military law and has no statute of limitations."
"I remind everyone that we are the European army of a European country. We treat prisoners according to the Geneva Convention, no matter what your personal emotional motives."
The Ukrainian government has said that it takes the allegations of torture "very seriously" and has launched an immediate investigation into the graphic video.

Yup, it is really crazy. I haven't even finished watching all of it. I have been archiving files in my free time.
I may actually just make a few big threads. I think I have 60 video clips of testimonials from survivors of Mariupol. I am not even sure about Journalist pieces.
Maybe I should just put them all in a video and post it on Bitchute.
Anyway, yeah, the situation with the fascist movement is insane. I don't think most people have a clue how bad it is. When I first heard about it I was thinking it was hyped up. Worse than here but not such a big deal. Then I spent way too much time looking into it and I am convinced it is just a few steps away from becoming the 4th reich or something similar.

One. I didn’t post believe. I don’t post I believe. I stated prove the claims false. Huge difference.
Two. If your claiming someone is lying. Or a thing is fabricated, the burden of proof is on you.
So. Let’s take it to the next level.
The captured sniper seems to be treaded somewhat civilly.
The Ukrainian cares enough to at least pay lib service to the claims concerning the video.

Is Putin supporting any investigation into Russian war crimes? Made any statements on the treatment of prisoners? Or his cabinet?

I would think Russian would want to formally investigate?
