Did Putin Just Tell The World The West Is Trying To Depopulate The Planet?

There's an ominous video circulating around uncensored platforms that shows Putin explaining to the west (EU / Nato /US) that he knows what they're up to. I can't make out the exact translation, but the english subtitles say that in at least 2 statements he claims the west is attempting to "reduce the population of the planet." I'm not sure how else to interpret that besides depopulation and it would perfectly explain exactly what Klaus Schwab, and associates are attempting to do with Agenda 2030 and The Great Reset.

I'm in no way saying Putin is a good guy, I think it's simply corrupt governments involved in a proxy war. However, the truth can be a weapon to your enemy when it's something that's supposed to be hidden. Recently Putin was removed from the WEF website, so maybe he cut ties from them and wants everyone to know their plans.

If Putin decided to fire off some nukes technically that would be helping in spades, so there is that.

Its an illegal invasion of Ukraine via Russian forces, its certainly not a proxy war on there end.

Putin's forces are hitting civilian targets and hospitals, no doubt about that fact and tells us all we need to know really.

The man has to go and his invasion forces need to do the same imho.
