There is so much propaganda flying around now I for one don't know what to believe.
I have seen some good arguments for and against Russia's invasion of the Ukraine but my PRE invasion opinion was that Russia was justified.
Now having seen people's homes destroyed, men crying as there houses burn down, woman calming baby's as they try to reach the border while there
young husband is fighting the Invasion.
And on the other hand Russian boy's that look like little more than kid's having been taken prisoner being forced to speak against there own side in
front of a camera (and not knowing WHICH Ukrainians took them prisoner because if it was the wrong ones then God help them).
I don't know what to believe, I do think Russia is justified by the CLAIMS that are coming out about the biological weapons laboratory's, I do think
they are justified in there anger of NATO continuing to surround them even so long after the cold war was supposed to be over and I for one do really
think of the Ukraine as part of Russia albeit it's like Scotland and England so there will always be arguments both ways on that point.
But There is no justifying bombing civilian targets and that kind of war is how the NAZI's waged war not the way a modern professional army is
supposed to react, of course the Russian Army is NOT (entirely) a professional army it is a conscript army that has a smaller professional core (not
as professional as some older long standing professional army's though) but there history has always been of a national service type armed forces and
that is a conscript army, really just civilians given a gun, some training and then told what to do.
The Ukrainian army is almost identical so when these two are fighting it is like fighting there own reflection but of course there are more Russian
soldiers while the Ukrainians have home ground advantage and some often superior western ordnance which seems to making it so that it is stalling the
Russians if they thought that they were going to have a swift victory.
It is a terrible thing that has come out of this but on one point I do unreservedly agree with Putin, the NAZI's have to go, I don't agree with whom
he is calling NAZI's though as the Ukraine leader is a JEW and most of there army do not have ties to the extremists, the result if Russia loses
though could not be worse, those NAZI minority will now be VERY popular in the Ukraine and have many more members as a result of this invasion
attempt.
Ideally no one would lose, the Russia and Ukraine would declare a demilitarized zone and NON NATO UN country's would police the borders of this
demilitarized zone and NATO would step back as it is partially there surrounding of Russia that has been the straw that broke the camels back on this
one.
In an ideal world they could put aside there differences and live in peace with one another, how many Ukrainians live in Russia, how many Russians
Lived in the Ukraine and how many have family ties across that border, for a very long time they were one country, different regions but no different
really to what Scotland and England or Aragon and Catalonia (Spain), same people, different flag's, different accent's and sometimes slightly
different words and alphabets (in fact the SOUTHERN English and the Northern Scot's are far more different than the Ukrainians and the western
Russians - same people in the border regions).
My believe we should not get involved and even sending weapons stands only to extend a war and make more death's inevitable because Russia is NOT
going to and now can NOT back down on this no matter what our opinions are, the best we could do is negotiate humanitarian corridors, demilitarized
areas under NON NATO UN control with neither side allowed to have military personnel in them until the war is over and to supply humanitarian
control.
I also do not actually honestly see the good in putting innocent people in Russia under sanctions - yes the oligarch's by all means but the common
already poor Russians I don't see the value unless some bright spark thinks that they can engineer a regime change by putting the crippler on poor
people whom are already struggling with as little as 200 - 300 pound's (dollars) a month to live on or less.
I do however see how Boris Johnson is LOVING this, it has gotten him a get out of jail card over his bloody party's during the Covid lockdown and
let's him continue to play prime minister and trash our country, the flaming moron already sold off Chobham Armor to the Yank's and what next the
little bit of the NHS we still have access to.
My problems are here and they are called an incompetent and CORRUPT bloody UK government, the Ukraine my heart goes out to the innocent and victim's
on BOTH sides of that conflict but otherwise it's a distraction from my own very real problems here in my nation.
