We've no idea what's right in another country. Start there. Learn how to, why you should or how you should proceed.

Good luck, God Bless.

Authorities?
State Dept?
Red Cross?
Interpol.
Scotland Yard.

Join a boxing club, within 3 months the bullies will be lining up to be friends with him. Bullies feed on fear, joining a boxing gym was one of the most positive things i ever did as a kid. He will also meet loads of new people, some of whom will no doubt go to his school and be rather useful allies.

There were a couple of books that helped me in those kind of times.

1. A Bundle Of Sticks. by Pat Rhoads Mauser

2. Bud Not Buddy. by Christopher Paul Curtis

I read bundle of sticks in the fifth grade. Bud not Buddy came later, both adress bullying in a fundamental way. And they're super easy to read..

Sidenote, bundle of sticks doesn't really go into it much but if one is interested they should check out the origins of Kajukenbo..crazy story...supposedly for native island people to protect themselves from drunken sailors.

Its a helpless feeling, preparing for the next encounter, etc.

I am not an advocate for putting someone into a combat class to deal with bullies. But that is a complicated subject for another thread perhaps.
