Maybe you're looking at it backwards, and it's actually the other way around.

It's not that you have to go to the restroom every time you go to that store, but rather that every time you're out running errands and need to go the restroom you subconsciously get the urge to go to that store.

Oddly enough I have had that experience.

There is one store in my town that every time I go there I end up having a bowel movement.

No other store does this to me, just this one, even if I had a bowel movement earlier in the day.

It is such a weird phenomenon that I just laugh it off and have told myself, it's just me and this is weird, and have kept it to myself.

Also, I can't tolerate Bath and Body Works for very long or I get a headache, but I know that is from the overwhelming fragrance, so that one I understand and think must be fairly common.

I guess this is such a common thing you wouldn’t believe it! People were saying the stores triggered it every time, just like me.

So let’s hear it, do you get triggered? It isn’t just bathroom, what about a store that gives you an instant headache? Remember Radio Shack? That store gave me an instant headache back in the day.

Generally my Autonomic Response usually the second I go into a Barnes and Nobel, I tend to get sleepy and desire hot coco.

It's probably because I only go to B&B during the cold season..... Like right now.

I got hot coco, that library jazz tune going in the background, this and a hard back book on the Air Campaigns of World War II with Maps.

No, no stores do that, as far as I can think of. But when I have to put the snow-veralls/snow bibs on to go shovel, as soon as it's on, dotcha #ing know it, gotta hurry to get it off in a flash because that's probably not gas moving through.

For hubs, same thing with his, except he suddenly has to pee like a racehorse.

YES, I think this is the same thing!! It is some kind of mental response, it's knowing you are all trapped in there or something.
