ATLANTA — Channel 2 Action News has confirmed that the Fulton County District Attorney has been given the go ahead to organize a special grand jury in the investigation against for President Donald Trump.

The panel would investigate if former president Donald Trump broke the law when he asked Georgia’s Secretary of State to “find” him enough votes to overturn the election results in the state.

The order says the special grand jury will begin on May 2 “and continuing for a period not to exceed 12 months.”

“The special purpose grand jury shall be authorized to investigate any and all facts and circumstances relating directly or indirectly to alleged violations of the laws of the State of Georgia, as set forth in the request of the District Attorney,” the order said.

Identifying someone who lost as a loser is not disparaging, it's factual. When you do not finish first you've lost, it's just a simple numbers thing.

the Democrats fight to NOT allow the machines to be inspected is EVIDENCE in itself.

Under us law you can't search something on the off chance that it might contain evidence.

But in the case of the voting machines its actually a fundamental principle of us law that you need evidence for a search warrant, and probable cause for a seizure. Miller and schiff had already established reasonable suspision so that would be covered by a different part of the law.

Trump himself promised to returns, New York may get them in the end as they've established a strong case that he over or under valued some of his properties in order to defraud the tax system.

There you go still flexing that superpower. The number of Trump voters that believe he was cheated is easily +90%. They don't think he lost and THEY ARE PISSED. They will vote for him again and the dems feeling buyer's remorse will either not vote or vote for him too, unless they do the unprecedented and field a new candidate after Joe's dismal trainwreck of a term. With the across the board support of Biden's f*#ked up policies by the rest of the dems (less Manchin and Sinema) you can't say Trump has no chance.
