The judge removed the restraining order they are free to start their new job.

Why not? Employees, especially Union Employees have been screwing companies over for years. We just had a good one here. The beginning of 2020 one of the local "healthcare" unions were crowing about the new contract that they just forced a Health Care System into. A little while back they had a two day walkout because they want to renegotiate the contract, because there has been an increase in the local wages. So apparently the Union can violate the contract anytime they want, but, the employer is bound by it.
