As though I won't celebrate the ending of this year?

It can't end soon enough.

2020 was worse, but that's not saying a whole lot.

Next year will be 2020. . . . too.

OK...

BOOOOO!!!

I'm really hoping for an improvement in matters.

Midterms, I want a divided Congress--as I've no interest in another Congress vs the President battle--two in my lifetime are sufficient. A divided Congress stays out of peoples way, as well. Too busy being self-important in Washington DC to bother going outside the Beltway.

The walking contradiction, the walking pejorative he is!

I got a better idea...

I'll cancel his advice all together and avoid his next speaking engagement where he will without any doubt contradict himself yet again.

Two years of this πŸ‚πŸ’© .

Lulz!

This little fascist can not face Nuremberg 2.0 soon enough.

He might be in charge of the trials. Everyone is afraid of Anthony Fauci.

Is this pronouncement from his cell at GTMO?

Maybe by mid-2023 if we elect the RIGHT PEOPLE to Congress in November 2022. Not just any run-of-the-mill Republican will do.

Controlling the country in 2023 will require cleaning the radioactive debris out of government.

Maybe he didn't get invited to any good parties this year and wants to kill the fun for everyone.

As an agent of Joe Biden's handlers, Fauci's main goal is to minimize the number of Americans who gain Covid-19 "natural immunity" during the first half of 2022.

I can't emphasize that enough.
(So I'll keep doing it from now thru July, lol.)

He is nothing but the public face of the Rockefeller syndicate.

Their power is waning and when the hammer of justice strikes, Fauci will be the first one served up.

But South Africa where Omnicron originated seems to just overwhelm them look at these totals in a population of 60 million people

Were it not for the huge revenue generation potential, our illness and death numbers would have been much lower dating back to April 2020. That's when Congress rolled out the first $3.1 Trillion Golden Goose.

Cancel New Year's plans? Nah, went to a town's Christmas party -- no masks, no distancing, no outbreak. Hell of a nothingburger.

Go home, Tony, you're crying wolf again.

It will take about 10 days for the bodies of Christmas revelers to begin showing up in the streets.

Then they should have been piling up mid-December! Those parades & town festivals were from late November onward

For area locals, the Hudsonville parade had a large turn-out. Also, the Grandville street party downtown (static parade route, no moving floats) was PACKED with people. As in, that miiight have qualified as standarding room only in some spots. Gave Gaslight Village a run for the crowd turn-out money...

So here's one I saw yesterday in the news - COVID is allergies now!

So we went from COVID is pneumonia with alpha, to COVID is flu that sometimes causes pneumonia with delta, to COVID is the cold with the dread omnicron, to

WAIT FOR IT

COVID is just allergies now.

So riddle me this - if COVID has gotten to the point where all you and I are getting is allergy symptoms akin to Texas pine fever, then why are we cancelling everything?

Piling up since November? No one has been wearing masks at NFL games or college football games, that's been happening since August. Why aren't we all dead yet?

Since early fall, late summer. Events all over the place where no masks were present, or not many, anyway.

Yep.
Keep track of the NFL players.
94% vaccinated, tested everyday.
There are tons of them announced each week as being infected and taken off the team rosters.

Yet none of them seem to be hospitalized, much less dying.

Your guess is as good as mine, news keeps saying The Black Death is killing in unprecedented numbers. The memo, the MEMO -- didn't you get that office memo yet?

But I'm not kidding, Michigan in general went nuts with the Christmas festivities. Though some areas went more nuts than others, lol. That static parade/street party we went to was in a town of 15 or 20 thousand, one of the float folks & I were talking about how SO many more showed than in years prior. Neither of us would be surprised if 10,000 people packed into downtown over the evening (not all at once, I'm sensible, lol)

The other town events we went to elsewhere all had major turn-outs compared to other years also, no one dropped dead from it all yet. We called the government's bluff up here, as usual.

We had two tae kwon do tournaments this fall. It is overall association policy that we must wear masks at the tournament. However ... when you are on the actual mat competing, you do not have to. So, I don't know if anyone has ever been a tournament like what these are, but you have a large indoor space with as many mat surfaces as they can cram in. People are packed like sardines in between mat surfaces, but those are not big. If you are working square in the center, you *might* be able to social distance, but your forms will take you off center, and sometimes the people on the mat's edge - judge and spectator alike - will have to adjust so competitors don't work right into them. You are told to keep working and if the people don't move, it's on them.

So ... yeah. Lots of people all packed inside together. Most are not wearing masks when they are on the mat. Forms are deceptively difficult. They don't look hard, but they take a lot out of you to really execute well.

And there have been no super-spreader events that I've been aware of. Certainly we send our full complement which can run over 100 competitors depending on the tournament and spaces given us, and no one has come back with COVID.

Check out this HuffPost article about the honorable Dr Fauci, do we at least see some parallels?

Whether Fauci personally had this authority or not isn't the point. His excuse would be laughable if it wasn't so tragic; he was constantly traveling and speaking to the media and opining about everything related to AIDS research and treatment. In Arthur Kahn's book, Winter Wars, Larry Kramer pointed out that to get an appointment with Fauci, one didn't call his secretary but his press officers, "who book [his] talks and interviews... like movie stars." He could easily have advocated awareness of the preventive treatment, as the de facto federal AIDS Czar, his influence was and is enormous.

Had Fauci listened to people with AIDS and the clinicians treating them, and responded accordingly, he would have saved thousands of lives. In the two years between 1987, when Callen met with Fauci and 1989, when the guidelines were ultimately issued, nearly 17,000 people with AIDS suffocated from PCP. Most of these people might have lived had Fauci responded appropriately.
