We went right back to winter after that nice spring day. Woke up to a short lasting blizzard.

It's pretty darn windy up here in Southern Ontario. 50 KM/H with gusts up to 80. It's also 15°C (59F) which is unseasonably warm for these parts. Growing up, I remember snow from October until April. Now I can golf from March-December.

Although the front passed a bit ago.
Wind Advisory has been extended by NOAA until 8PM.

We were just talking about that.

We remember the need to bundle up when doing [U.S.] Thanksgiving parties.
And I remember ice skating at an outdoor Parks and Rec rink during Christmas vacation.

In all seriousness we have had accumulating snow here in KC in three of the last four years. And it was within the last 5 or 6 that we had an outright blizzard in October or November.

Pretty amazing!
It has a lot to do with La Nino, El Nino, ENSO and the Jet Stream....and I am woefully at a loss for how they interact with each other.

I feel like I should have been a meterologist.
Or maybe.......
