Arrogance Supreme

They say "Don't wait", but they themselves had delayed the Mandate until after the Holidays !!!!!

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
White House tells businesses to proceed with vaccine mandate despite court-ordered pause

“People should not wait,” White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters during a briefing. “They should continue to move forward and make sure they’re getting their workplace vaccinated.”

These globalist dirtbags will not stop until they push some of us over the edge.
I honestly believe that's what they are trying to do. They need a reason to seize all guns.
Claiming people are "domestic Terrorist" for speaking out while they let cities burn, turn a blind eye to looting and innocent civilians get beat without a word.

Its not going to be a good looking for these businesses if they proceed on holding these mandates into next year and into 2023.

I wonder how many employers will quit over this when these businesses start pushing for the booster doses?

No one wants to work as it is, at the hospital I work at we sometimes have 2 or 3 transport personnel for the entire hospital. I have had a patient wait 3 hours for someone to come get them.

Your employer can make a mandate,

Really? Your employer can mandate that all HIV positive employees wear masks or take some experimental HIV drug cocktail?

That's why you have to let the supreme Court do its job. They will come to America's rescue.

The job requirements for transport personnel use 15 to 20 lines in the help wanted section. At the bottom in small print they tell you $15 an hour is the starting pay.

There are a ton of jobs out there. And most of them are slave labor.

But isn't it the Supreme Courts job to put a warrant for these traitors?

What's so hard about arresting a feeble old man and not letting him have
any pudding? At least until he comes clean on who's blackmailing him.

They will never do that job. If they would it would take a lot of
steam out of the corruption that's crippling us right now as nation.

I honestly do not believe he is being blackmailed. I think he is just a simpleton.
They will only let him watch certain "news", view certain reports, be asked certain questions.
His handlers probably tell him constantly how good of a job he is doing and how much the American people love him.
He really is a simpleton and has been so all his life.
Take the confirmation hearing for Clarence Thomas, in 1991, for instance. Mr.Thomas and Biden have absolutely no idea what Biden is talking about and that was 30 years ago.

I admire your faith Care, you actually talked me into voting for Lindsey Graham (again) the last election because of the faith you have in the system.
You know my view by now.
I really believe only a few in government actually care about the American Public. Many just care about themselves.

They can mandate all employees take precautions that would prevent the transmission of HIV. Employees need to wash hands after using bathroom, they can't be preparing food with open wounds, and FDA approved vaccines are already mandatory in the workplace, I have had to get the flu vaccine every year or I can't work. There are FDA approved covid vaccines.

Ton of jobs making 6 figures in healthcare and they can't get anyone to fill them. $15 an hour for no education, or work hard and make a lot .. people today want to make 6 figures with no education, not gonna happen.

Rotflmao! Whatever...

they can't be preparing food with open wounds,

Well, that one at least has a rational basis.

I'd never work any job that requires anything be injected into my body, but you do you...

There are FDA approved covid vaccines.

There is only one that is supposedly approved, but it isn't available, so no, there aren't. And there are very serious problems with how the one that is supposedly approved was approved - they violated their own internal approval process, and no one in authority signed off on it that was supposed to.

I give the FDA approved Pfizer vaccine routinely, it's available, anyone claiming otherwise is lying. Prove to me it's not from official sources.

Prove to me it is the Comirnaty jab.

Comirnaty is a marketing name, they could put tozinameran if they want, it would make no difference. Feel free to keep living in fantasy world.

I think the Comirnaty vial of vaccine is labeled as such. Has anyone confirmed that the nurse used Comirnaty to vaccinate them?

But...you work in a hospital no?

I'm not understanding when we decided that we should start applying the employment requirements found in medical facilities to all other workplaces, across the board, even to say, factories, office buildings, police and fire stations, etc.

In many factories, on the production lines, wearing a helmet is mandatory.
In many hospitals, a flu shot is mandatory.

Does it make sense to apply helmet requirements to hospitals?

Does it make sense to apply vaccine mandates to widget factories or office towers?

We do not live and work in a "one size fits all" world.

I agree, and am completely against a mandate. The question is if it's legal for an employer to demand it, I'd say it is. I'd say it's illegal for the government to force employers.

Yes, I've noticed you've struck a fair balance in your posts about the mandates.

I also think that your assessment about the difference in legality of federal vs business mandates is (sadly) accurate.

The problem I'm seeing is, if there is precedent for the government to enact laws to prevent discrimination against people afflicted with say HIV (i.e. not hiring them on those grounds or requiring them to make special provisions for their illness), then what leg do companies have to stand on to discriminate against those not vaccinated for COVID?

HIV IS a communicable disease that can present very serious health challenges to those infected. Thankfully the routes and likelihood of transmission for simply working with someone who is HIV-positive are extremely small; minuscule. No reasonable person would advocate exclusion of HIV-positive people from most workplaces (there are maybe a few exceptions but I bet very few of us work in those industries).

Not being vaccinated for COVID....is not a communicable disease? Not being vaccinated may mean, for instance, you've recently had the virus and have some form of natural immunity, OR you have a medical condition that prevents you from being vaccinated (discriminating against such a person would be a violation of American with Disabilities laws), OR you are not in a high-risk group and simply don't wish to take the vaccine at this time. On top of this....vaccinated folks can STILL spread the virus.

I'm trying to understand how reasonable people, in very large numbers, seem to grasp and embrace the stance on protecting the rights of HIV-positive people, but they seem fine with businesses trampling the rights of people who chose not to vaccinate right now.

Not a lawyer, but I can only hope that we start to see sentiments shift and perhaps legal initiatives to prevent companies from discriminating against people for simply making a health choice when it comes to COVID.
