What's this final shot BS? what about boosters every 6 months? just tracking who is on what booster and when they are due would be a nightmare for companies to accurately follow. So much so it would allow the government to slap down any down company they choose to go after, don't see how this can be enforced and I'm not even getting into vaccine effectiveness and the fact that vaccinated persons are getting and spreading COVID too.

It's almost like they want to create this chaos, to show we can do this if we all had vaccine passports apps etc. It's like they are manufacturing this problem so they can sell their solution. Among other issues, but what are your thought ATSer's? Especially anybody who agrees with this? Convince me this is a good thing?

President Biden’s private-sector COVID-19 vaccine mandate will take effect Jan. 4, administration officials said Thursday — with fines of up to $14,000 per infraction for employers that don’t comply.

The regulation is likely to be challenged in court, but a Biden administration official said on a press call that the rule overrides any state policy against coronavirus vaccine mandates.

The mandate applies to businesses with 100 or more employees — or about 84 million people, officials said.

Employers will need to adopt policies that either require all workers to get their final vaccine shot by Jan. 4 or policies that allow unvaccinated workers to keep their jobs if they submit to weekly testing and mask-wearing.

Yea I know it's gonna be challenged legally, rightfully so.

I'm looking what is their motivation? all this will do is offer thousands and thousands of non-compliant businesses, for the government to fine at their discretion. It's a mandate that's ripe for abuse and selective enforcement.

I remember CONGRESS telling Trump he could not force the vaccine on America.

Pelosi told him Only THEY had the power to render such wide-sweeping orders.

The Supreme Court or Congress needs to put the brakes on this ASAP, now that the OSHA orders are official. That's what they said they were waiting for. (It was just a Biden threat until today)

They seem to have gone beyond your opinion v my opinion to right v wrong and then jumped straight on to good v evil. And if you're operating on a good/evil paradigm, then you can justify BAMN because you are fighting evil. The good guys always have to win and only an evil person would fight you, so you have them absolutely convinced of their complete moral superiority and righteousness in all they do.

It's also because they want what they want and they know once done, it's very unlikely to be undone. Look at Obamacare. It was highly unpopular, damaged millions, and they paid a high electoral price, but here we are with them back in power, as strong as ever and stuck with Obamacare.

F Joe Brandon and his illegal poison “vaccine” mandate.
I work for FedEx Express and have been waiting for them to announce their intentions about this illegal mandate, so far there has been silence.
They have about 250,000 employees with probably 125-175 at the location where I work.
Everyone that I have spoken to will not submit to the fake “vaccine”.

So what law gives the federal government the authority to force a medical procedure on an American citizen?

Yep, this vaccination movement really does have all of the elements of a religious crusade. That crap doesn't work in a country of 330 million individual people.

I will refuse, or lie........say I have it...

My employer cannot afford to go along with this.......im part of a small crew of men who have the strength and knowhow to execute massive moving projects.....

Its really strange none of us have gotten sick.......we go into high risk areas constantly.....
