If it comes to that, as a candidate in the election subject to "particular harm", she will have legal standing in court, with rights to discovery and the power to subpoena both witnesses and materials. She also has the same right to file FOIA requests like any other citizen. She also has a virtual army beside her to help conduct vote canvasses door-to-door.

With the will, there's a way.

As Guv, she can do a lot of official digging.

She sure could... she would also have more power and influence to bring accountability to wrongdoers, and bring about necessary and proper election reform.

I'm pretty sure Kari will play whatever hand she's dealt.
