Not exactly.

Consider it his Ace in the Hole.

Even at that, he still doesn't have to use it.

It just looks and likely feels proper to allow the jury to do what it is supposed to.

Mrs Babbitt was killed and no one cared. She was a veteran and did not use deadly force on 1/6. No weapon. Just a voice. The scumbags Kyle killed played a stupid game and paid the price. They attacked someone. We all have seen the video. There is no way or reason for him to not be found not guilty.

Those he shot attacked him. You have the right to defend your self and if he was not armed he would be dead or maimed. No question.

If it wasn't muddy enough, the defense issued its motion to dismiss with prejudice.

If that weren't bad enough, a Brady violation. The State did not provide the same new video footage. What they did provide was a much lower resolution copy.

More rumor today, and is looking more and more like fact, is that they know who "jumpkick man" is as there allegedly exists proof of him contacting the State in order to work a plea deal for his testimony in this case.

This stinks to high hell.

The judge must dismiss immediately.

Warmer day today and things were starting to get agitated yesterday. We’ll see how this plays out.
The entire country is watching and to be honest, this area feels like a tinder box.

Wouldn't it be more satisfying and precedent-setting if the Jury ruled Kyle Rittenhouse "Not Guilty"? (Day #2 of Jury deliberations is Wed 11.17.2021.)

Strategy. And they had to make sure the new vid was not previously submitted.

One point might be appeals. The defense now gets a massive advantage on an appeal and the prosecution gets a massive disadvantage on an appeal. The Judge can rule any time during or after a verdict (I think).😃

Looks friendly enough. The Deputies don't seem to be concerned. From what I could see they didn't disarm him, they just escorted him away. I can see the Courthouse being a weapon free zone.

All the photos i've seen are LIES. These were taken at another time/riot.

80% of the trees have turned here. The trees and bushes in the photos are at peak summer foilage. Look at what people are wearing too. That is not fall attire in Wisconsin. Yes people wear short sleeve and shorts in fall/winter here, but not like what I'm seeing.
