Each to there own i suppose.

But if I'm forced to be scarping crap off my hairy arse with my left hand.

It's a bit more than a water jug I'm after.

To be honest a wire brush Dettol would not be out of place to wash that paw.

I did a grocery pick up today. They didn't have the TP that I ordered or a substitute for it. I often go inside and sometimes find that what they said they didn't have is there on the shelf. I did not go inside this time to check, because we still have plenty of TP at the moment.

I just paid 15 bucks for 3 pounds of the Kroger brand 80% ground beef.

Wild caught pacific salmon is going to be priced out of most peoples reach soon. If they can find it at all. The warming river water is causing conditions that kill the adults or the young ones.

Naw mate over here a lot of its to do with a lack of HGV drivers, and that is indeed directly linked to Brexit and Boris administrations antics.

Stop telling people what to do.

I will say as i please to within the TnC of the site. x

A fact you are obviously ignorant of.

Plenty to do with politics and not everything comes from China, certainly not our Stuffing Balls, Cranberry Sauce and Turkey Crowns, that's a given.

What would the reason be for Europes Shortage of HGV Drivers ?

Valid Question.. Cant be Boris or Brext can it... I can quote figures if you cant be bothered looking

The Chinese consider pork a symbol of wealth. When they have a little extra money they spend it on pork.
Guess where they are getting a lot of that pork? Yea, and supply and demand and all that means less for us and more costly.

revealnews.org...

But in 2013, a Chinese firm bought this quintessential slice of Americana – Main Street and all. The takeover, valued at $7.1 billion, remains the largest-ever Chinese acquisition of an American company.

This should have never happened.

I would love to hear about any shortages anyone else is experiencing right now!

Nothing in the NYC area.

I can still get all the essentials: TP, paper towels, sevruga and foie gras.

It would surely be cosmic justice if the Hudson Valley got
sucked into the fissure first... and take all the really high
class Daffy livers with it. Oh the Bugsy of it all.

Back to surreality. My Significant Other has just recently
become a nuismatic sliver (no typo) collector and bulk rice
buyer because ALLofSUDDEN it cost an extra few bucks
to gas up the GMC Cicada. Miracles are in the broken wind...

I know Pigs symbolize wealth, luck and prosperity over there.

Guess succulent dead pig tick the same to similar box.

Then again the Chinese view cabbage as a sign of wealth.

Now im in the mood for cabbage with bacon.

Smashing you quote away.

There are indeed HGV driver shortages across Europe, but over here in the UK Brexit has made things worse.

Where "The RHA claims around 20,000 European drivers have left the UK for "Brexit reasons".

Now who's responsible for Brexit?

That would be Boris.

Simple as that really.

news.sky.com...
www.nationalworld.com...

Hope that answers your query.

If not well to bad.

Have a nice evening.

WTF is wrong with people. Unless your house has a direct water line to Mexico why are people so worried about the Chitz?

I got covid a few weeks ago and had no chitz?

if people are so concerned buy a freakin Bidet for 40 bucks on Amazon. You should have one anyways far more sanitary than rubbing the chitz away or using baby wipes.

Just get a Neti pot. You can use it for both ends to flush things out. So long as your butt doesn't start running or sneezing as a side effect.

Costco should not be the litmus test of shortages. They pay absolute bottom dollar, and if the supplier wants more, they do not order it and hell with what customers want.

Just go somewhere else.

Probably be ok in the short term.

And its not like ive never wiped my own arse with newspaper at a pinch.

But most inks pretty toxic stuff these days.

Might not be best of gear to be smearing our rectal orifice with for any extended time period.

As I understand, newspaper stock has to be biodegradable and the ink has to be soy-based biodegradable as well, so it's probably safe. It's never bothered me. We have stacks of old newsprint for various potential uses, and bum fodder is one of the designated ones.

I suppose it depends on where you are and the ink but apparently.

"Newspaper ink is known to contain several toxic chemicals with nasty sounding names like 2-naphthylamine and 4-aminobiphenyl. And some studies have linked the ink to bladder and lung cancers, at least among newspaper printing workers."

Personally i prefer Andrex to the Evening Times.

Needs must all the same.

A Neto pot!!! That is hilarious, I want to see a grown man use a neti pot on his behind.

We have a bidet in our house and the only bad part is if you push the button on accident you’ll get a very cold wake up surprise.
