You're saying, that reason and logic are thrown out of the window and randomness can produce intelligence without any plausible explanation. You're saying particles interacting become aware of themselves without any plausible explanation. You're saying a storage medium can encode itself without any plausible explanation.

I know that intelligence can encode a sequence of a storage medium with information.

I can say, if I split a piece of typing paper in two parts, meet me at Subway downtown on 4th St. at 4 PM. If the paper is split into 4 parts, meet me at Chipolte at 5 PM on MLK Drive.

My intelligence just encoded the sequence of a piece of typing paper with information that can be decoded by another intelligent mind or I can build machinary to decode the information in the sequence.

Nobody would think the typing paper encoded itself with information. The typing paper doesn't know about Subway or Chipolte. It's the same with DNA and this is why we can encode it with DVD's and PDF files.

You can't give me an example of how this is even possible with anything natural or random. So you just don't know, you don't have an idea how DNA can encode it's own sequence with information and build modular machinery to decode the information.

There's no debate here. I can show you how intelligence does the same thing. I can show you how intelligence has build civilizations encoding and decoding the sequence of storage mediums. You don't have a clue as to how this can occur naturally or with anything random.

I really liked this example of intelligence encoding the sequence of typing paper. I don't know how you get around that one.

A unicorn fart isn’t intelligent and can’t consciously design anything, it’s just mythical gas. Similarly you’re claiming with the right amount of chemical reaction and bonding intelligence can arise, no proof, no examples, no theory, just your personal belief.

I’m saying that’s impossible, the only examples we see of matter becoming orderly are through designed systems and intelligent manipulation. Even we as intelligent beings can’t recreate the process but your telling me it can happen as a matter of random chance. If you look at the cosmos the laws of thermodynamics appear consistent, that suggests entropic disorder, biological systems appear to break this convention.

As I said earlier I can build a sand castle however if I wait on the wind to blow in just the right way to form a sand castle naturally I won’t hold my breath. It’s like saying optimus prime will eventually manifest from a scrap yard.

I understood what you meant but you inadvertently also said what I've been saying.

Life on earth could be the example I keep being asked for but that won't be accepted by some because they can't be swayed away from believing a mythical being spoke or maybe farted us into existence.

Like Grenade said, there needs to be some sort of proof for such an outrageous claim that intelligent life can come to be without intelligent input. There's no empirical examples that its possible. It is only wishful thinking that somehow conscious organisms cna come to be through random chance. Just because it's on TV doesn't make it infallible

The universe is random and chaotic... Yes it atomic structure is only partly understood and partially identified.

Perhaps you should look into physics some more and you might learn that physics is a set of working theory's that currently fit
the facts at any given moment as we understand them to be.

The 'Golden Ratio' you mentioned above is a mathematical theory that has... zero truth behind it.

You've just made the perfect argument against the welfare state. As some of us have been saying all along, most of them aren't worth saving. Save yourself or die, according to you (and to be clear, me). No one cares which: I just don't want to have to see it, hear about it, or deal with it. We really don't have to blame anyone for our lack of understanding. We have to blame our selves. We are basically non thinking individuals. Our knowledge is not our own, we have to sit and wait for some guy to give us all the answers.

Even science have to make up plausible theoris to keep their fans happy. To give them a argument when ever they are being challanged. Because this is a back and forth game. If you get over run by a bright mind, you leave the argument and you leave until you get some more input from someone else.


We just had a election here in Norway and we have the covid vaccine issues like many of the other nations do. But you know what Erna told us. We have to put our faith in science. Like,... have science become a religion that we have to put our faith in... ? Well that is a question you have to ask youre polititions and lobbiests. I bet they have a finger in this game of faith as well. I think they want to tell you how this works with their own words.

We who sit on this page we dont see the grand picture. We only see this argument befroe us. It is also common when it comes to how people understand science.

We all know about the infinite. It exists as a real thing within math and science. But somehow no one knows what this is. Many people claime to be very good in math. But ask them what the Infinite is and you will get nothing of value. That is prity odd.

Why is that people who are good in math, but cant explaine what the infinite is...? They sure know what a constant is... But its like there is no connection there at all with them. There is a relation between the infinite and a constant per definition. They are one and the same.

There is no way you will accepth that nothing formed finite. Why is that...?
