Just watched the press conference in which President Biden stated he took ultimate responsibility but immediately claimed he received bad information from experts. I'm sure glad there are no other instances of the administration being totally dependent on experts who are wrong leading to any adverse consequences whatsoever.otherwise we'd be screwed, right?

Im not sure i believe what you allege here. I am more likely to believe that he is just lying, hoping to take advantage of the first news cycle (the interview) being what people listen to and take as the truth. We all know most people are dull and read only headlines, if that. Once the memes are out, that becomes reality with these people.

I don't think Biden is sharp at all. But I also don't believe our command structure would execute orders like this that they hadn't clarified in some way.
