"They" do however require us in spades to facilitate there life style, prop up there bank accounts and maintain there ivory towers.

Edit: looks like in this instance its not a tool but a company aka Shepparton Partners Collective based in Australia that specialises in fruit packing and owns and operates a canning factory.

SPC is a company in Australia that is the first company to attempt to enforce a mandatory vaccination program.

It is a food company. They have given staff till November to vax up or ship out.

Incidentally Australia today also announced plans to have a suburban register - yes a postcode by postcode register so apparently neighbours can be aware of living next door to unvaccinated individuals.

The country is fast becoming a disgusting traitor to any freedoms once privileged.

As to employers, and what they require or demand of there workers, they have always required you to jump through there hoops.

Nothing new on that score.

You support pregnancy being a grounds for firing I assume, or maybe refusing to wear condoms or take birth control? People that choose to avoid prophylaxis to prevent a medical condition should not have equal employment rights, is this your stance? Pregnancy, is indeed, a mostly voluntary medical condition. It requires medical prophylaxis, but it is almost 100% preventable.

I also suppose you support the disproportionate impact this will have on minority populations, both racial and religious, that will be terminated or denied employment based on vaccination status?

That don't change the fact that certain employers, companies, and corporations, require there staff and the people who work for them to be vaccinated, and have done for quite sometime, and not just for the likes of COVID 19 but for Measles, Mumps, Rubeola, Polio, Tuberculosis(BCG), probaly a few other diseases depending on where you are around the globe.

I didn't say anything about your status as employee or employer. It's irrelevant to the moral objection I have. Human rights are not a partisan issue, but in this case the left is leading the charge.

There are hundreds of completely preventable medical conditions that create workplace hazards and lost time. Alcohol use, even off hours, is a big one. The amount of workplace safety incidents and lost time due to alcohol completely outstrips anything COVID will put up for years.

Should employers be able to require their employees to take Vivitrone or some other anti-addiction drug as a preventative to ensure workplace safety, even in the absence of any evidence they have the disease? It's just one shot a month to prevent alcohol dependence.

I know you won't be intellectual honest about this and it's easier to turn away from moral inconsistency, but your opinion about what constitutes a problem of sufficient scale to merit employer oversight of employee medical decisions doesn't change the morality of it. All you're doing is excusing a behavior because you want it, there is no medical standard or safety threshold you're applying. I can give you evidence that Vivitrone will save hundreds of thousands of people, save trillions of dollars, and you'll still call it preposterous. You want the vaccine, vaccine good, suddenly it's something you support even though the moral underpinning and justification are identicle to others you reject. Safety vs. rights in both cases. The deciding factor is the brainwashing you've ingested about COVID and COVID vaccines.

Somewhat of a difference between COVID 19 and alcoholism aside from them both being a disease.

Cant catch alcoholism you see, well not in the same manner you can COVID 19.

Nor can you pass it along to other people without ever realising you are doing so.

End of the day if a person does not wish to follow employee rules and regulations they are perfectly free to choose to find employment someplace else, and that's just the fact of the matter.

I chose to be vaccinated nobody forced me nor any brainwashing about it, just choice.
