Here is the thread

how we fight back

Private sector or not they still have to follow the law, unless your in black ops or something. This BS has gone way to far using the law looks like that best chance of stopping it.

Ask yourselves this, where does it end, what next experimental # will they force in your arm over the next scamdemic? Gene therapy for wrong think anyone?

To be fair the government in the U.K. is mandating it for all care home workers from the 15th of this month. This could well backfire as they suddenly have a massive shortage of care workers. But I suspect many would rather keep their jobs and judge the jabs to be safe. Which I hope they are too! What I don’t like is the way they are bringing it in gradually with coercive tactics and vax passports to lead a normal life. Kind of like the boiling frogs analogy, keep slowly turning that screw...

All you have to do is look at there own statistics and flip flopping to see what a nonsense it all is.

I wish it were so easy. You see I have little to zero recourse. It's not my employer who is mandating this. It is the municipality which retains the services of my employer under contract. Getting rid of me is easy peezy. They can dismiss me just because they don't like the color of my socks, doesn't matter. In fact, says right in our contracts that they don't even have to give a reason at all, just..."See Ya! Buh Bye!

Can't go after my employer because they're not the ones requiring this. Can't go after the people requiring it because I'm not their employee.

Apparently I wasn't clear. The HAVE given us an ultimatum. That ultimatum is as follows:

You have until September 30th, 2021 to get BOTH vaccines. Period.

Failure to comply means you cannot set foot on our property in an official capacity. Period.

Non-compliance is a "Violation of Law".

These guys are not screwing around! This is not FCD just spit-ballin' here. This is an absolute mandate that came down to all of us.

If you have a heart issue then that should be enough for you to say no if you don't want it.

I also thought you were a cattle rancher????

Well, I guess I'll find out when I see my PCP, because that's exactly what I'm going to ask him. In fact, that's my next step.

We do own and operate a cattle ranch. That's my 'nite job'. My day job is in aviation.

Too bad you're not in cattle aviation, I need you to carpet bomb my grill with some porterhouses.

Night job? I thought you get up at 4 am to take care of the cattle?

Lol.

#1 - Yes, I got two doses of the Pfizer vaccine.

#2 - No lasting or serious side effects from either dose. No side effects at all, really. I may have lost some sleep the day after my second dose because my arm was slightly sore and I couldn't sleep on that side. I was golfing the next day, no problems. I also work out often, weights and cardio. The bike still makes me sweat and I can lift the same amounts.

Okay, I went back and looked at that thread. The premise of that thread questions the legality of vaccine passports. I didn't read every post, but I looked through the first few pages. I have two problems with that theme. One is that vaccine cards and/or proof of vaccination is not an unprecedented thing. They were required for years...for travel. Needing some sort of a record to enter the grocery store is certainly pretty unprecedented, but the fact that they exist is not new. Secondly, vaccinations have been required in K-12 schools for decades, so that's not unprecedented either. So, on the one hand you have documentation required for travel, and on the other you have documentation required to enter selected locations.

And what was the alternative / penalty for non-compliance? In both cases it was a restriction on you prohibiting you from a.) traveling, or b.) attending school. So, when you look at it from this perspective, this situation is no different. I can just not go to work anymore and collect a paycheck. And, it's a right to work state anyway, so not much legal ground to stand on there even if I wasn't a contractor.

Of course, just saying...

I would imagine "IF' persons are permanently disabled or dead from getting vaccinated they aren't responding to the inquiry as studiously.

I got the vax, as did my wife, mom, and both sons. All of us got Pfizer. None of us had anything remotely resembling symptoms, other than a dull ache in my shoulder for a couple hours (typical for deep intramuscular shots).

The only real physical change I can point to is my metabolism seems to be on fire right now. I sweat at 65 degrees and am struggling to not lose weight. But i think that relates to other stuff, as metabolic issues aren't on the warnings for Pfizer.

The only "symptom" i have heard from anyone is a former HR person i worked with. She missed a day of work after her second injection. But she's the type to miss work after her second injection no matter what, and I don't really pay much attention to that kind of stuff.

I know probably 3 times more people who've been vaccinated than had COVID. None of them have died or mentioned symptoms. Of the COVID folks I know, 2 died. To me, that indicates that at least in my limited circle of 100ish people, COVID is more dangerous than the vaccine.

Total rip off. What good does taking experimental genetic medications do if we don't get spidey senses and super strength?

I thought i had xray vision, but it was just a super skinny chick.

I have a heart condition (had a heart attack years ago, more recently had a six-way bypass), and both my PCP and my cardiologist strongly recommended that I get vaccinated against covid.

When your "pit crew" tells you you to "Go Like Hell!", you go.

Thanks!

I think if someone held a gun to my head right now (which they kind of are), I would probably lean in the Pfizer direction. I'm still kind of on the fence about which is worse between Covid (because I had it already) and the vaccine (which I have not had).

The most frustrating thing is the way it is being forced without any realistic alternatives.
