You don't have another tool, that's the problem. Data, and all other sciences is the appropriate tool for the task, BUT, only if used correctly. Just like any other 'tool' it can be used incorrectly (I'm speaking of Data here). For instance; I have a weak signal that I wish to "decode", how do I make it intelligible? Answer; I amplify it, simple, right?

The problem; over amplification! In Electronic technology this typically results in the loss of all original signal information; we have over amplified the signal into "saturation". This issue is easily dealt with in electronic technologies.

In Bio-technologies they do a similar thing; the 'bio' version of this amplification (PCR) seems to work in a manner similar to that of a transistor. In that there is a 'region of the curve' that is linear, before, and after this linear region the curve is not linear and any results obtained are, for the purposes of "data" worthless. So, the amount of 'amplification' being applied must be monitored and controlled, in both instances.

And why would they/you wish to make the data worthless?

I imagine you could wrangle large sets of structured and/or unstructured information to mean anything you wish if you are a data scientist.

But aye you have peeked my interest show us all how to make the data worthless?

I dont see why i would not accept such if you do so in a meaningful manner, all through again i would have to wonder why?

Actually, I don't want worthless data, I want data that has some large degree of integrity and repeatability. Basically, I want data I can analyze...

And, yes One can make data say what want, just select the parameters you "like" and 'bin' the rest. OR, to answer your question on how to make the data worthless; Over amplify PCR by factor of 1024 above what should be the "Ct[cutoff] = 28" for ALL PCR analysis. This would eliminate most of the false positives that have been wrongfully recorded and set into the current dataset. This would improve the accuracy of that data, and allow for a vastly better analysis of the current Covid situation.

I don't know what is "meaningful" to you, so, you will either have to accept my clumsy attempt at an explanation or not.

1. Viruses CAN NOT BE ELIMINATED
2. Viruses CAN NOT LIVE OUTSIDE OF IT'S HOST
3. Viruses are PROTEIN STRANDS OF DNA/RNA
4. Viruses are considered to be THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF LIFE

Therefore, they lack the knowledge, credentials and experience to factor in on the COVID-19 debate..... "Said every left wing progressive ever"..!!

Everyone knows that the only real way to cure all illnesses is by Kombucha enema..

Is that the same CDC that said only 5% of the covid deaths were actually covid? And the other 95% had 4 underlaying conditions on their death certificate..



More of reason not to have it in my eyes.
