Im thinking that coin could be a block chain and the 666.6 would be a clue for later if so.

The way I look at it, anything which makes you wait on some bogus timer must not be very important to begin with.

Think about it, McAfee is dead. Anything he had would have been compiled before his death. What point would there be in waiting even a single day on releasing some damning information? Let alone waiting a month+, and then putting something behind some several hour long bogus timer?

There's an old saying..."Strike while the iron's hot". Half of the world has forgotten who McAfee even was by now. What purpose would waiting a month or longer serve? A true "dead man" switch goes off instantly, it doesn't wait for some duration of time to go off. Anything McAfee could have known would have best been served up immediately following his death in..."Here's why they killed me! These are the goods I had on them."...fashion. It doesn't have nearly the same impact over a month later. In fact, it's just about enough time for some troll to cock up a bunch of bogus data, so it even smacks of being fake and bogus from that perspective also.

This is just a ruse.

McAfee is probably rolling in his grave right now, laughing at the rubes who fell for some internet troll's little mind game.

But doing more research on the term "britbong", is apparently a derogatory word used in the United Kingdom.

I'm 55 years old, London born and bred, worked with government ministers and hereditary peers and junkies and some of the most challenging young people around. Although not an expert, I know more variants of English than most people can imagine.

I have never heard the word britbong before.

Saw a claim that the timer had been reset to 18 hours.

All of this is assuming this is a real thing/deadman's switch

I am wondering if the timer will repeatedly reset after each countdown. Each countdown is a different phase of the project. I guess looking from my standpoint would it make sense to transfer a ton of information at one time or stagger it out and make changes based on what the reaction is by the DS trying to stop you?

To me it makes sense to stagger it out in case things happen in the meantime to counter. It also allows time for the people to decode/dig more and awaken them as the project is in process. If there were terabytes of data downloaded at once how long with it take to decipher that? If you can give bits at a time for the people to look at and absorb over a couple days and then give a little more to piggyback on what they just found it would make more sense as well as continue to gain momentum on social media.

Remember when he was alive, he said if he is killed he has files and blah blah blah??
If what he said wasn't BS about having these files....they would have been released the day of, or the day after his death.

If its anything at all, its BS so someone can make money capitalizing off of his death and nothing more.
I hope I am proven wrong but I don't like being gullible either.

I actually wonder if it's not some kind of a virus which takes over some of user's compute cycles for a distributed computing bitcoin mining operation. Similar to how SETI@home worked, but for nefarious purposes.

Since the site seems to run back to a crypto site, you might be on to something. I would like to say that this isn't the case, but the more time passes with nothing to show for it, the more it seems like something else is afoot.
