Yes. The growth due to immigration is less than natural growth.

Still, it should be noted that among all nonwhite groups except Asian Americans, immigration contributes less to their growth than natural increase. Among Latino or Hispanic people, gains from natural increase were more than three times those of immigration.

But the letter is from the White House and the envelope is from Department of the Treasury. And the notice says "Penalty for Personal Use, $300". I hope the White House got approval to use those envelopes. Postage stamps would be cheaper than $300.

Not trying to be an ass, but those people you some of are white then. To be "black" or "brown" implies enough melanin to be said "color". That would be like my German/French wife sayings shes "black" there a white families over in Africa. Quite a few of them, but being from the African continent doesnt necessarily mean ones black. Just like being from the European continent doesnt always mean your white.
Do these people have parts of one sex and identify as the opposite as well?

I can see that. In my little farming community we have quite few migrant families that have put down roots(good for them, mortgages are hard to get for illegals.) And a few families of color from overseas. I feel personally it's a good thing. They have adopted and "melted" well into our community, and have added a bit of diversity to the community.

I may have missed what you were trying to say, but I said nothing about where they came from. They are all Americans.

My point is that all us over time have mixed heritage of some kind, and that fear of the coming generations of mixed children, can't be about the color of their skin.

Children of mixed heritage come in a large range of colors, so labeling, or trying to lump them into one category does not make a lot of sense.

If it were just about Black and White, those Blacks with fair complexion, would not be hated, just like those that have dark complexion.

I saw this happen just a couple of weeks ago. A neighbor's grandson has been friends with a young boy, for a couple of years. They played together every time he came to visit her.

That stopped last week when the young boy's mother found out that his father was Black. All those months, it was never a problem. Nothing had changed.

The young boy is exactly the same. Smart, well mannered, friendly, respectful, and the same color hair, eyes, and skin as her son.

The only thing that changed was she found out his father was Black.

So I doubt that Black or White is the problem. It has been said that the highest form of ignorance is to reject those things you don't know or don't understand. I would also add, those things you reject because you refuse to admit you don't understand, or just refuse to understand.
