I have four Huskies. I can help you out immensely. For free.
I am a female and I have the genetic predisposition for female baldness.
I cut off all my hair, because it looked thin and straggly. It made me look like the old witch in the woods.
I cut it just above shoulder length, during the lock down. Loved it, but it grew back too fast. So I decided to cut it all off, thinking that by the
time the lock down was over, I would be ready for the beauty shop.
Strange thing happened. My hair went from being wavy to be curly. It took it much longer to grow out, and for me to figure out how to manage. It is at
a good length now, and the curls fill in all the bald spots, but I will never cut it that short again. Right now it is just right. I plan to keep it
where it is for quite a while. Not much shorter, and not much longer. Right here in the bald free zone.
Yes. Some of us women suffer this malady also.
