Went out and filled up the tank.
No lines...Mid-tier Gas @ $2.89 per gallon.
I live in the Midwest.

I don’t know if we will have a gas shortage here in the Midwest. I do think we will see an increase in prices. I think we will see it in the stores, maybe shortages in product from shipping, and also increase in prices.

I siphoned the gas out of my neighbor's cars yesterday after I saw it was the Colonial Pipeline. Should be a fun couple of weeks.

That’s hard to believe, they have anti-siphoning check valves on cars now. But I still think your the guy who’s drilled a hole in the bottom of my gas tank.

Edit: on that note, between shortage of gas due to lack of drivers, now lack of fuel because of a hack, it doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to figure out its a manufactured crisis. Matter of time before the west coast sees something similar.

Yes, people panicked, ran out and filled tanks, cans, ect till all the gas ran out. Now Atlanta will fill them back up with our reserves here in Georgia.

You keep your straw over there.

BTW, one of my favorite series, (If I am not mixing up my series) would have been most favorite if it had an actual ending.

Most stations in my little town are out of gas. I'm all good but many aren't. The fact that this just started is a bit scary. Everyone keep safe.

It's a quote from Daniel Day Lewis as Daniel Planview in There Will Be Blood.

I needed gas as well, so I went to fill up.
$2.79/gal for regular unleaded using a card, $2.69/gal cash here.

What worries me is truckers being able to run.

What other shortages will come about because of this.

Glad I invested in a deep freezer last year.

And let’s not forget who the Secretary of Energy is.......Jennifer Granholm.
She was a complete and total dumpster fire as the Governor of Michigan and she will be a total failure in her new “job”

Yes, but she's qualified in the only way the left cares about - her vagina.

The conspiracy theorist in me says that this is the left forcing the Green New Deal on us. They’re manufacturing an oil crisis on us to press their agenda. I’m not sure there’s enough hard evidence to support it, but my conspiracy radar is pinging on this one pretty rapidly.

This is feeling like toilet paper a year ago.

Exactly.

They know just how, and what to do to make us perform exactly the way they want.

Except a year ago gas was at less than a penny a barrel.

Stay tuned, they will be making us make a run on something else soon.

Never let a crisis go to waste.

And right on cue ... my Android sends me a CBS story about gas lines.

Thanks to Biden horrible energy policies, gasoline is almost 100% higher here in the Chicago suburbs today than it was at christmas.

$1.69 a gallon then. $3.25 a gallon now.
