I've already stated that the "treasure" will likely be given back to the families and institutions that they were taken from.
Im sensing some un warranted hostility here.. Are you o.k?

Stolen gold..
Suppose the original owners will get a cut?

I am sure a lot of "original owners" will come out of the woodwork....

A lot of them probably died in gas chambers

Thence the "original"....

"original" being gone, false claims incoming...

Possibly.
I haven't seen any of the Skinwalker Ranch shows yet but I'm guessing that it's along similar lines.

Giorgio could eventually be drafted in at the end, though. Just imagine these treasure hunters doing 9 seasons of hole digging, arguments and dramatic tension building.
Then nothing but a big hole.

Then in comes our guy and bingo........ "Well, the gold was definitely here, but it was teleported to an orbiting mothership and taken to another galaxy".

Well, on a positive note (there aren’t any from the holocaust), the great+++ grand children of their persecuted ancestors could change their lives financially for the better - if proven that they had ownership.

Imagine getting a box of items worth hundreds of thousands, if not possibly millions.

Would you sell it for the money? Or would you keep it for sentimentality?

I’d take a lot of pictures of it. Maybe have someone re-create a fake version. Then auction the real one off to the highest bidder.

I'm great, I'm not the one excited about watching people find things stolen during the holocaust.

You're not interested in the rightful owners of stolen goods getting their stuff back?

That's odd.

I've always wondered about the "lost" gold because I suspect that someone has already found it but will never say a word.

I'd imagine that every piece (if it's found) would go back to the original owners, if they had proof of ownership,

Yup... im sure they kept their proof of ownership while they were being sent to gas chambers!

Maybe they did. Maybe there's a chance that the siblings of the victims (heirs) would take legal possession.

Extremely low probability that is the case! They couldnt even keep their teeth, not to speak of documents! So maybe 1% of the cases are like you say! That would be a very conservative estimate!

I can't speak for shooter, but I imagine his annoyance is it's done on tv for entertainment, and all that goes with that. I don't really have much opinion but I find it an interesting topic, will be interesting if they find something.

I would love to see that.
Just not excited to see them exploited for a tv show.
Sad you are.

Fair enough, but if you read the article you'll see no mention of any TV show.
Maybe "shooter" should read the article before angrily firing his pistols randomly into the air?
-Cheers
