Treasure is treasure no matter how you want to "spin" it. Look up the definition. I showed it to you, but apparently you refuse to accept what the definition of treasure is. Here it is again for you:

You claim, (even though I posted for you multiple times) that what was found would not be returned to it's rightful owners, but kept by the treasure hunters themselves.

The whole reasoning behind the dig is the completely opposite..
It's To get back to the former owners what was originally theirs to begin with.
