The claim was that the EUA only allowed distribution to those 18 and older. This is incorrect.

The vaccines are allowed to be distributed even though they still aren't FDA approved.

The FDA approved the vaccines for emergency use.

They made it legal to distribute for emergency use. Without responsibility to the manufacturers. None of the vaccines have been fully tested and approved by the FDA.

Obviously it has been approved to distribute. This means nothing about safety. It only means they want everyone to take the experimental vaccine.

Same responsibility as for any other vaccine. The manufacturers pay into the vaccine compensation trust fund. Someone can file a claim. If their claim is denied they can appeal. It's similar to the way workers' compensation insurance works. You can't sue your employer if you get hurt on the job.

This means nothing about safety. It only means they want everyone to take the experimental vaccine.

The vaccines completed stage III trials. With 10's of thousands of participants for each.

Yes. But, being a trust fund, it also has income from investments.


Turns out I was wrong though, the VCIP does not cover claims for COVID vaccines. That is handled by the CICP.

I don't know what your problem is? The video in the link below is CNN. Fauci intends on giving the vaccines to kids of virtually any age. Stanford has launched trials on 2 year olds according to CNN.
