I think the "Nuremberg Trials 2.0" is just a provocative title they slapped on to garner attention.

This seems like a mock pre-trial to gather world attention and present their evidence in an unofficial manner for the ICC to take notice, accept or reject. If enough people scream loud enough the real courts may be inclined to hear the case. I did not find any such case filed with the ICC either, least not yet. This so-called Nuremberg trial is probably just step 1 and these types of corporate conspiracy cases often take many years before any benefit is seen by victims and/or to take a product off the shelf, much less punish anyone. Very similar to past class-action suits against big chemical corporations, unfortunately.

What is jurisdiction?

Does a court have authority without jurisdiction?

How does a court get jurisdiction?

Courts do NOT have inherent authority over anyone or anything, they must first gain jurisdiction.

What you are asking in the question is "if this 'court' concludes something can people be "punished" as a result? To answer that question one must understand all of the above questions.

Caveat: We are in a free for all at this moment. The only authority that exists is/are the ones with guns and the ability to shoot - moral or not, as was said earlier China (CCP) doesn't give a rats ass about any stinking courts anywhere in the world, as such, there is no authority and jurisdiction cannot be gotten.

Just seems disingenuous to label yourself the ICC when that organisation already exists. Sets the wrong tone IMO.

If a court is unable to enforce any punishment then any ruling it makes is pointless.

The real ICC would be able to prosecute and pass judgement then impose punishment, as you said with the use of guns and law enforcement.

I understand your point, I'm not going to debate the semantics, unless someone ends up in handcuffs i'm less than satisfied.

These people will end up in handcuffs. And then, a lot of them, will be executed. In fact, I think the process has already began behind the scenes. Saw something the other day from one of these sex trafficking survivors where she was saying she was recently called in to testify at a military tribunal.

Don't mistake a little fun with hope for not having faith in Jesus Christ. I certainly feel like I am certainly about prayer. I also recognize that God gave us free will and I have HOPE that people will not give it away. I have hopium bottles because it is better to try to find something funny in this mess so I don't get too edgy.
