My wife recently got the jab, really for no good reason except for spite. So I had to re-evaluate my attitude and words a few weeks ago, which made me more practiced in the subject.

In no way do I want to drill her about it (bad pun), so I bite my words and deal with my own feelings about it, rather than lash out. We're just too small of a group, almost elites in a sense, to let the subject divide us. To let that happen is to give in to Their Plan, just as much as giving in to a vaccine, which on it's face is for a good cause....we actually don't know for sure either way.

I assume everyone had the best intentions and was, in a sense, looking out for you. Being part of a team implies a shared experience, and a shared burden.

Hey, you know, that Newsweek cover you posted is just dripping with white privilege.

I note they show a very early type of what was then called a "home computer" on the right side. Funny the image includes a bookshelf with document binders. In Germany, those binders are something akin to holy relics for the bureaucrats. Took them an unusually long time to migrate to digital systems. Vast quantities of the binders remain for older documentation that I suspect will never be digitized.

Things 'feel' off in Europe. The ideologues who serve the people themselves in the various governments keep talking about things the ordinary people no longer want. Often, they take a pause from the standard propaganda and fan the flames of 'rona fear. We are currently in a phase of social conditioning in which they allow people to go mostly mask-free but are already predicting the next wave to hit in August. The disconnect between the authorities and the ordinary people is wider than I have ever seen.

I am sure I appear to be a Q follower. Maybe I am but what I really am is seeking the truth. If dask or anyone else is doing that I am fine with debating the facts. What I perceive is squashing instead of learning facts is very distasteful to seeking the truth. Proving or disproving facts do squash them but balance of science says you just call them as they happen. Going in to prove some theory requires attempting to disprove it and there the line was crossed when it is not accepting the facts that keep popping up to say "here it is".

I am sure you will "circle back" one day to reflect on some of this. When you do focus on accepting facts that keep popping up part and you will get ahead faster.

Rightly so, in my opinion. It was disheartening nevertheless to hear fireworks booming all around me not only on the 1st of July but also every night since, including the last. He was unable to recite the codes, which makes him also unable to accurately choose a targeted response or launch said response.
