They have tried 50 ways from Sunday to take Trump down. Funny not a single thing has stuck, talk about TEFLON POTUS. Yet we have rock solid evidence of corruption and pay for play from Joe and Hunter, and not a single question is asked. Ya'll crazy.

What crime?

Ask the Grand Jury. You do know how the legal process works in my country, right?

This specific investigation appears to be primarily focused on bank fraud, although I'm sure tax evasion is also on the table since the claim is that he overreported assets to Deutsche Bank while underreporting assets to the government. There's probably a number of other minor crimes that could be tacked on as well.

Once again though, no one is saying that he's guilty of these crimes. Just that there's evidence that suggests it could be the case. Thus the investigation.

to be honest a grand jury indicted a ham sandwhich once. A indictment is not always proof of a crime.

It does however mean there is sufficient enough evidence of a crime to proceed with a trial.

By the way, a grand jury never indicted a ham sandwich. You're referring to a quote by Judge Sol Wachtler that was included in Tom Wolfe's Bonfire of the Vanities:

If a district attorney wanted, a grand jury would indict a ham sandwich.

You mean in your criminal democrat hell holes...

The same criminal hell holes like New York, which passed a law that specifically denies anyone linked to Trump, or Trump himself, double jeopardy...

Do you know what it is called when you make a law denying a right to just one particular person because that person is your political opponent?...

It is called corruption, and it is illegal under the REAL LAW OF THE LAND... The United States Constitution...

This is no investigation. You socialists/fascists/communists/former democrats don't do investigations... You lie, and use those lies as if they were proof of a crime....

Imagine... a grand jury from New Murder York of democrat aholes whom are pro-Biden/pro-hillary and anti-Trump... They don't need any investigations. These are the same types of aholes that already made up their minds and to this day "believe Trump colluded with Russia..."

In democrat hell holes the law doesn't win. Corruption, and injustice rules democrat hell holes.

No, I mean the United States of America. Seems you're angry that my country primarily uses the Grand Jury process. Oh, well.

You, and your beliefs are destroying the United States of America. You believe that your political opponents deserve jail just for being your "political opponents..." Since when has that been part of the "American way"?...

Just because a partisan group of authoritarians like you claim someone is a criminal for being nothing more than your opponent it doesn't make it the truth.

But I hope this belief, and the injustices you and other never-Trumpers have been cheering for are returned to you, and those like you by 10,000 fold.

Even if you don't believe in God, you believe in Karma, and karma always bites back at the arrogant and tyrannical.

No, I believe criminals should be punished, you believe demagogues should have free reign.

I'm not on the Grand Jury, bro, I don't get a say in the matter. I know you don't like the criminal justice process in the United States, maybe because your country operates in a more lawless fashion.

But I hope this belief, and the injustices you and other never-Trumpers have been cheering for are returned to you, and those like you by 10,000 fold.

Probably not going to happen, buckaroo, I'm not a criminal scumbag under investigation by a Grand Jury.

I don't believe in karma, that's for people who don't believe in free will.

I believe there are a lot of criminals out there. Unfortunately, many of them get away with it without actually getting indicted at the same time.

Doesn't matter what one of us thinks. If there is an indictment by a GJ than that means the state feels there is enough evidence to try someone for a crime.
