I can see the flaw here in both ideas. As of this moment, we are equally free to pursue our interests and to succeed or fail. However, no one has the right to be equally successful in any amount, you have to earn it but you at least have the opportunity to try under the constitution.

There will always be inequality when you have one group who wants to smoke weed, lay in be and play videos games and a second group gets up at 6 am and works hard for 8-10 hours, but both want the same "pay" for the day.
