It is not up to the voters to accept without question whatever anyone tells us about the people's business, especially OUR elections. Providing the machines is a privilege and the burden is on Dominion to prove themselves worthy of the job. Period.

6. Hearing September 20 in ballot inspection case; judge may or may not rule same day.

Fann Makes Plans For Audit Of Voter Affidavit Signatures On Some Of Maricopa County’s 1.9M Early Ballots

...Fann told Arizona Daily Independent she was interviewing a potential contractor to audit another aspect of Maricopa County’s election process – how employees verified voter signatures on the nearly 1.9 million early ballot affidavit envelopes turned in during the election.

Those signatures must be verified before the ballot inside can be sent for tabulation, but questions have been raised about the procedures utilized by then-County Recorder Adrian Fontes and his staff question while conducting those verifications.

Fann says whoever she hires to review the procedures and the signatures will start by looking for envelopes which do not contain the required voter signature. There will also be a review for unidentifiable signatures -what Fann’s calls “scribbles”- which can be matched up against Maricopa County’s voter database, which includes images of all prior signatures used by a voter during an election.

Note: Election workers/observers stated in the initial Senate hearing and in affidavits that signature verification standard gradually decreased as ballot counting dragged on, until there was no attempt to verify signatures at all.

On Wednesday, Fann will oversee a nine-person confidential meeting to begin the review of what was received from Cyber Ninjas. The final audit report will not be released to the public until it is delivered to Sen. Warren Petersen, chair of the Senate’s Judiciary Committee.

Just for the record, I think her petition to decertify the election is premature. I know that she has information that I don't have, so she may know that it's warranted... but I don't know that yet. Hence the NEED for some results from the audit, even if preliminary. Until we have the facts and the proof in front of us, we cannot know if decertification is appropriate. If/when we have that, THEN make the case for decertification.

DePerno concludes that “The Answer is ‘Yes.’ […] A legislature’s determination to decertify the votes cast by the electors on demonstration of fraud in the election itself is nothing more than the Legislature’s use of its reserved sovereign powers under the Tenth Amendment to protect those fundamental rights and privileges reserved to the People by the Ninth Amendment.”

Matt DePerno is the attorney who has been handling the audit cases in Antrim, Michigan.

The situation in Pennsylvania is getting intense. Sen Mastriano, who has been fighting for a forensic audit for months, has responded to Sen Prez Corman's interview with Steve Bannon last week, summing it up with:

The question is why Jake Corman went from ten months of obstructing a forensic investigation to suddenly hijacking it and maligning the hard work we put into making this happen. The people need answers.

The public likes to just be able to just count the apples, without having to worry about whether they are real or not.

But if we want to have meaningful elections, we will end up needing to add that extra layer of complexity to the problem.

What Trump, Giuliani, Lindell, Powell and others said about the Dominion voting system was complete farce, and not backed by a shred of evidence.

They deserve the defamation lawsuits and I hope they pay for the problems they caused.

What a horrible combination of ignorance and arrogance!!! There is absolutely no way for anyone to know with the available facts and information if the Dominion voting system was hacked or hijacked... except, of course, someone who did actually hack or hijack the system. The Dominion contract has a nondisclosure clause. Dominion refuses to allow their machines to be examined. Dominion has fought every effort for full disclosure and transparency.

But we do know that the systems are capable of being hacked and/or hijacked. We do know that safeguards were compromised, weakened, and/or entirely eliminated, thus increasing the chances of hacking and/or hijacking. We also know that Dominion employees were effectively running the election and calling the shots.

All we can know at this point is that we don't know.

So you not only speak from a position of ignorance (you do not know and cannot know) and arrogance (but you think you know what you cannot know), you will use your craptastic position to judge and insult others.

I tend to agree. With the exception of Lindell, I'm not convinced that any/all were actually acting in good faith. I do think Lindell is sincere in his efforts, but I also think Lindell is in way over his head, and could be easily led astray by dubious parties for nefarious reasons.

They deserve the defamation lawsuits and I hope they pay for the problems they caused.

I hope they get their day in court -- with FULL discovery -- and that justice is served.... whatever that may be.

What all of this proves is that we need to demand voter ID. All of the swine involved have corrupted the system to the point that a timely count isn't possible. We need to be able to verify if our votes are counted properly. And definitely get rid of those machines.

As Digital ID and mDL gets rolled out everyone can choose to be registered via these platforms once their driver's license or state ID is validated. People who would have once had to travel to the DMV/BMV will be able to register from home and out vote you.

LOL! Much has happened... but not enough yet!

Maricopa County continues to refuse to turn over some of the materials which were subpoenaed... which has been referred to the AG for investigation... but the County did turn over the ballot envelopes for inspection on Thursday. The Senate is still in the process of choosing someone to analyze those envelopes/signatures.

On Friday, the auditors turned in their preliminary report to the Senate... on Wednesday, a nine-member committee began looking at the report in preparation for releasing a report to the public based on those findings... another Senate hearing may be held to question the auditors about their findings. May be delayed due to members of the audit team have been diagnosed with Covid and are sick/recovering. So no certain date for this... but could be any day (or not).

And the audit's critics and detractors have been out in full force this last week with their "prebuttals" against the still-to-be-written report.

Democrat leaders are letting themselves be arrested because they're convinced Democrat voters are too dumb to get a Photo ID.. Jesse Jackson got so angry last month, he had to be arrested.

AG Brnovich: Maricopa County Must Comply with Senate’s Legislative Subpoena or Forfeit State Funds

PHOENIX – Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that his office (AGO) determined the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) is in violation of state law for failing to comply with the Arizona Senate’s legislative subpoena related to the 2020 election audit. If MCBOS does not change course, the AGO will notify the Arizona Treasurer to withhold Maricopa County’s state-shared funds as required under the law.

"We are notifying the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors that it must fully comply with the Senate’s subpoena as required by the law,” said Attorney General Mark Brnovich. “Our courts have spoken. The rule of law must be followed."

BOOM!!!

ETA: The County has 30 days to comply before the AG notifies the Treasurer to withhold funds.
