Well, the DOJ disagrees and found it sufficient evidence to indict him on the charges recommended.

i never said that...what i said is affidavit alone are not evidence affidavit need to be back by other evidence and you cant back it up with an other affidavit and this is why Rudy lost in court 63/64.

So, you have no evidence that Trump advocated any act or acts of violence or assertion of the rightness of, or the right to commit, any such act or acts.

On the other hand, we have video of John Sullivan telling a crowd of people to remove the police by force, telling officers to leave or they were going to get hurt, telling people to burn this sh*t down, saying 'It's our house!' suggesting they had some right to go inside and damage the building. He told people to break windows and doors and 'f*ck sh*t up!'

Those actions are defined as 'inciting a riot.'

Sullivan wasn't the only one doing these things but the group that did was actually pretty small. There is also video of Capitol police escorting in 5 busses of people reported to be with ANTIFA and it was capitol police that removed barriers at one point. Protestors didn't remove them. Another one waved them in. Those actions suggested they had some right to enter.

There is substantial evidence to warrant an investigation into a group of ANTIFA people and Capitol Police for inciting a riot and insurrection. But you'd rather blame Trump.

Why is that? No benefit will ever come of this impeachment. You'll get a temporary feeling of satisfaction while the criminals are emboldened and run free.

John Sullivan included...because the DOJ made some 'oopsie' and he is free with no bail pending trial.

Won't get to the bottom of any of it because the feeling of satisfaction is a drug for the ego.

I think you should look at the evidence before coming to early conclusion. The forensics released on the Michigan electoral machines that where checked seemed very damning to me. Every machine tested switched votes massively in favour of Biden. The fact the machines have a OS capable of switching votes like this is more than suspect in itself.

Typically, a defense to a defamation lawsuit is to present evidence that your statements have a measure of truth to them--enough that the defendant had reason to believe that his statement was not a lie. If there is anything to the irregularities and instances where the votes were flipped, not to mention the machines were intentionally designed in such a way that would allow for the things that were being claimed, then this could be a very interesting case.

I know that Powell has stated that the system Dominion uses was allegedly developed by people working for Chavez to help him rig his elections in the past.
But where did she say Venezuela was directly involved with the 2020 elections?
