The FBI affidavit for John Sullivan exonerates Trump.
You guys have to understand that affidavit are not evidence so its misleading to state that any affidavit exonerated anyone...
So you are saying the affidavit made by the FBI investigator that was used to INDICT John Sullivan, is not evidence?
The affiant FBI investigator reviewed the videos John Sullivan made and corroborated his identity by personally viewing the clothing and gear he wore that day -- not that John Sullivan denies having been there. He admits he was and provided the FBI with his videos from his Cloud account. The investigator also compiled and reviewed his online social media posts and reviewed videos taken by other people in which Sullivan appeared. He gave background to his involvement with ANTIFA and Insurgence USA by use of his social media posts and criminal record.
Well, the DOJ disagrees and found it sufficient evidence to indict him on the charges recommended.
The next time you go to mock 'keyboard investigators' and evidence they discover, remember this post -- the FBI indicted John Sullivan using their techniques to find evidence to bring an indictment.

(b)As used in this chapter, the term “to incite a riot”, or “to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot”, includes, but is not limited to, urging or instigating other persons to riot, but shall not be deemed to mean the mere oral or written (1) advocacy of ideas or (2) expression of belief, not involving advocacy of any act or acts of violence or assertion of the rightness of, or the right to commit, any such act or acts.

Typically, a defense to a defamation lawsuit is to present evidence that your statements have a measure of truth to them--enough that the defendant had reason to believe that his statement was not a lie. If there is anything to the irregularities and instances where the votes were flipped, not to mention the machines were intentionally designed in such a way that would allow for the things that were being claimed, then this could be a very interesting case.

This is to save face for Dom, I bet they will throw it out later when the truth is revealed . They have all the evidence even he ip address of those who made the switch. Dominium really is a junk voting machine intentionally made flawed so that anyone can hack it if they wanted to. Instead their vendors where the ones that did the calculations to do the voter manipulation. Either way it will come out in court and Dom will pull the lawsuit. This is all PR because no one can trust them now.

Oops
Despite a lack of evidence of widespread irregularities or fraud, President Donald Trump’s legal team used a Thursday press conference to go through a laundry list of far-fetched, thoroughly debunked claims on the 2020 election.
Trump attorney Sidney Powell spun fictional tales of election systems flipping votes, German servers storing U.S. voting information and election software created in Venezuela “at the direction of Hugo Chavez” — the late Venezuelan president who died in 2013. She also said Trump beat Democrat Joe Biden “by a landslide,” which he decidedly didn’t — Biden was the clear winner.
