Up to 25,000 National Guard troops are headed to DC now

Sitting having lunch at work watching Sky news in the background, with reporting from DC. Lots of shots and video of NG manning roadblocks, stopping cars etc but I suddenly noticed that although all were carrying slung rifles, none had magazines inserted. Are those just the ones still awaiting vetting by the FBI?

When you are the most popular presidential candidate in the history of EVAR, ranking right up there with such luminaries as Castro, Chavez, and Saddam in the percentage of votes you get, you have to lock down your Capitol with the military to make sure you take power peacefully.
