Was ‘TRUMP’ Carved into a Florida Manatee’s Back?

It is also extremely obvious from the pics that someone just scraped their fingers across the algae that had formed on the manatees back....it wasn't "carved" into it and the animal wasn't "disfigured" as your article says.

Guys calm down. The manatee has a lot of algae growing on his back. Someone cleaned some of the algae off in the shape of letters spelling Trump. Its actually quite funny.
