Insurrection Act declared Saturday night?

I am done holding out hope for anything to happen to save the country. Rather be nicely surprised than let down again like the last 12 years.

Not buying it.

I've had enough of being lied to by jokers on the internet that don't seem to understand that lives are at stake when people take their claims seriously.

What happens when nothing materializes and some all-powerful player does't show up to save us?

Every single US military personnel swears an Oath of Enlistment to protect that Constitution .
If the Insurrection Clause is initiated that would mean the Constitution is in crisis .
They would not.

FYI : One does not "disobey" an order.
One refuses to accept the order and only under certain grounds.

I'll believe it when I see it, and whatever invoked any such thing would have to be 100% ironclad.

If the military didn't mobilize the other day, then they wouldn't just for any old suspicion on Trump's butt hurt either.

I am in canada now, for at least another 8 years. Unless things turn around for the US a lot for the better, I might just stay here till I am 6 feet under, rather than moving from one #hole to another #hole. Sad, but it is what it is. Always planned on coming back, moving to one of the better states that you don't gotta beg the goobermint if you can arm yourself. Not so sure about that anymore.

There's no other way to explain what is happening other than a coup.

The election was rigged, not the entire country only a handful of specific states that would change the count.

Local states, media, celebrities and social media tech giants were all in on it - its been obvious for years that they're all paid for and on the side of the Democrats.

They used different methods in different states
- Vote Swapping
- Mail in Ballot Harvesting
- Disenfranchising voters
- Vote Tallying irregularities

There's been rumours of evidence for weeks now
- Scytle Servers in Germany
- Dominion Servers
- Chinese ballot printing
- Destroyed Machines and ballots in states
- Military Contractor Leonardo vote flipping

There's 10x the amount of evidence of election rigging than there ever was in Russia or Ukraine scandals..

Now we have the Democrats giving Trump 24hrs to be removed under the 25th amendment and Big Tech silencing Trump across the board.

This is a coup playing out in real time.

Steal the election - Silence the opposition - remove them urgently before they can fight back.

I seem to recall that in the last big Defense Bill that the
Republicans finally caved to, there was a provision in it
that essentially limited or cut off The President's ability
to declare or enact this exact Insurrection Act?

I could be wrong...does anyone else remember that?

Fair enough, I appreciate your educating me on the process and not being a dick about it like others have.

I remain.....firmly unconvinced.

First, there's just no way an operation of this alleged scale could be planned and orchestrated without the beans being spilled, not in this day & age.

Second, the sources claiming this make it seem like it'll be a walk in the park, open and shut deal. No way, if there was any kind of move like this, it'd be contested to the point of all out war.

It sounds like a last minute Q'ish type of exercise in role playing.

That's why it would have to be 100% ironclad, so beyond the pale that no one being ordered to carry it out would question, no one.

You would have to expect that anyone being asked to move on the Capitol and elected agents of government would have doubts as to whether or not what they were doing was valid, so they would need to 100% not question it was the correct course of action when told it was happening.

And that's why I'm doubtful this is anything other than wild rumor.
