If he was not sure it was his own team that made the shot, wouldn't he point his rifle first to secure the situation?

Instead, he first bent down to move her wrist so he can see the wound/confirm the shot.

Then pointing his rifle later was like theater..

There was only one officer that is reported to have
committed suicide.

His father just happened to work for Paul Manafort.

The LEO unions, are banding together. They aren't happy about a brother being killed with a fire extinguisher in the capitol riots.

The cop stands up and has his rifle ready and looks at where the shot came from, that is what anyone should do if they have just witnessed a shooting. He's making sure that what he hopes is there, is there, meaning, his kind.
He definitely gives a thumbs up because they communicated through hand signals. Really quickly he was sure that it was 'his guy' and he was safe. That is all that was about.

So this un named cop in plain clothes shoots some one and the
cops not in plain clothes identify with him immediately? With
shots fired? Being in plain clothes the other cops have a protocol
to follow to secure the scene of a shooting. WTF are they doing
giving a thumbs up?

I would guess the thumbs up was acknowledging where the shot came from..ie, LE, or protester/rioter. Thats just a guess.

are you talking about the woman who got shot? did you not see the video of it? she was inside a room, with others, just standing there. some guy (cop?) with a white band on his sleeve walked up to the broken window (he was outside the room in the hallway) pointed his arm with gun towards the woman and shot her. She did not appear to be doing anything but standing there.

It's as good a guess as any.
But I don't care what anybody says it's been nothing but careless wanton
treachery from the democrats not 15 mins after Trump was sworn in.
And all the way thru four years of his presidency. They caused all of
this to happen. They never once accepted him and let him do his job.

Constantly sandbagging and whining and attempting a soft coupe and
accusing and proving to themselves the guy was cleaner than anybody in
DC. And now what do we have. The trash that DT proved belongs in the
garbage disposal. This country has so many hateful morons in it. It
deserves everything it's gonna get. And even tho it will cost us all. I'm
gonna be laughing at the dumb asses either way. We didn't just get
cheated out of an election. We got cheated out of our businesses
our homes our way of life and our country. And it was all to easy so
what we get now. we've all got it coming.



It's pitiful to see the memory of our honored dead desecrated this way.
There's a famine coming now next on the list.
