Twitter makes it's decisions based on posts on twitter and posts
from other media, they won't be going to court unless some
de platformed real person takes them there. Mind you, twitter
is full of paid trolls. So basically, it is a controlled environment
stacked in twitters own favor.

The Biden Administration will support all silencing of dissent.

As for Apple vs Parler you already know how that turns out.

Im not that studied on that case but from what saw at the beginning of it it seems that the Epic guys were just acting like a bunch of brats and did somethings that didn't gave them a good look in front of the judge.

Parler though...Mercer Family are loaded and they are actually smart in their own way.
