Shouldn't helping a child be unconditional?
Or do you only want to help a child in a state you like and one that thinks exactly like you?
Maybe the kid has a reason for drawing what he did or did you even bother to ask, besides demanding your money back because he offended you?

Good rule of thumb...if your going to help someone, do it without expectations because 9 times out of 10 you'll be let down.

I commend you for wanting to help a child but willing to help a child in Texas but not one in Florida for the sole reason you don't like Florida is somewhat disturbing.

Hypothetical: What if the child was abused by someone that was British and that was his way of expressing it? You could've been the Brit that showed him some love, made a difference in his life and changed the way he saw the world. Instead you're going to bail on the kid? Perhaps your right, I will try breaking down the conditions of the Brexit mandate into smaller chunks. Todd clearly enjoys pictures so I will attempt to explain the finer points in cartoon form, I think he’ll like that.
