I dont have the exact transcript, but near the end Pompeo was mentioning when he was Director of the CIA, and that they had tools that have never been presented or spoke of at the podium.

My opinion is that they have it all...

That letter makes me think back on one of Pompeo's press briefings where he was so confident that Trump will serve another term. Guess it may explain all the irrational, bizarre behavior we been seeing from the Dems to remove POTUS.

Especially considering any time the Speaker of the House is not on the floor during session, the role is delegated as Speaker pro tempore. Rather like when the President of the Senate (VPOTUS) is not in chambers during session, there is a President pro tempore.
