SWR is something of a toxic waste dump. That's the story that is not sufficiently told.
But the United States never signed the agreement. Between 1961 and 1969 alone, the U.S. military spent $2 billion on its chemical weapons stockpile, writes science historian Simone Müller in Historical Social Research. Over that same period, the military dumped hundreds of thousands of tons of old chemical weapons directly into the ocean, without bothering to keep records of precisely where or how many weapons were disposed of. The military also discovered multiple instances of chemicals leaking out of their containers, including 21,000 leaky bomb clusters discovered in the Rocky Mountain Arsenal in Denver.
Yet the American public was almost entirely unaware of any of the stockpiles, or the danger of testing, storing and transporting them. The only synthetic chemicals being discussed in the public sphere, Eardley-Pryor says, were pesticides harmful to the environment like DDT (Rachel Carson’s landmark research on the topic, Silent Spring, was published in 1962) and so-called “nonlethal” chemicals used in Vietnam, like the defoliating herbicide Agent Orange, and tear gas. (The defoliant would later be discovered to be carcinogenic, resulting in a multitude of health problems for Vietnam veterans and residents of the country.)
After McCarthy saw the NBC piece on the Dugway sheep kill, he was determined to learn more—and expose the chemical weapons complex to the rest of America. Beginning in May 1969, McCarthy instigated congressional hearings that revealed the extent of the U.S. chemical weapons program and uncovered a disposal program with a distasteful acronym: CHASE. It stood for the method by which toxic waste, moved onto ships and sent to sea, were disposed of: Cut Holes And Sink ’Em.

Good to see you Gut and yes really does look like these 'communities' are increasingly desperate to superimpose themselves onto this phenomenon (fine tuning of their pseudo environments and all that) - definitely some recent escalation though.
Posted this on another thread but there's a pretty relevant presentation below by Terry Hansen dealing with UFOs, CIA deception strategies and precision propaganda.

Think you hit the nail on the head there.
Chemical weapons dump, or just another badly aimed shot at Dugway?

That’s it. I think after three years now I can look back. I think we’ve achieved much of what we’d set out to do. TTSA, is no secret focuses on it’s entertainment division. Err you know, let’s face it! Guys like Chris Mellon and Steve Justice and myself, well we’re not entertainers...

Or maybe they know, and have ALWAYS known, that it isn't exactly Aliens from Space. It's just that this was a convenient metaphor for the Star Trek Generation, what with faeries and goblins being out of favor and all. Juxtaposed with the OTHER Inconvenient Truth, also out of favor, that being "Heaven" (snork!) otherwise known as that place where our "Consciousness" (Don't use the word "soul") goes when we shed our "containers," bugger around a bit before we are drawn back to contemporary Earth to indulge in drugs, sex, and rock and roll again (because this life is friggin' addictive), much to the chagrin of our guardians (the bug-eyed guys) who would prefer we pay attention to the lessons we are supposed to learn in "school." But we don't need no stinking lessons. We'd rather (see above.)
You want the Truth? You can't HANDLE the Truth, but that's exactly what it is. Go ahead and argue some more. You'll find out soon enough. Besides, deep down in the dark hidden recesses of your soul, you already know this. That's why it is so scary. It's not about aliens from space. It's about the fundamental nature of ourselves.

Not really, no.

Bottom line...we know nothing. Maybe the extra 70% of our brain power will allow us to wrap our head's around higher forms of life in the future, but right now we are just single cell amoebas in a universe of fantastical things we hardly understand.
