You can think what you like.

I've been doing it mainly to avoid causing trouble for the business owners I frequent who could get shut down if I pressed the issue too much, and because there are people in society who are compromise. I don't fear for myself. If I get it, I know the odds of it doing something serious to me are like my odds of winning the lottery.

Please explain why a young, healthy pot shop owner is in more need of the vaccine than a vulnerable older person? Morals aside, what's the logic?

Obstruction. Show me in the Constitution it says that the current administration is doing anything wrong. I'll wait. Besides, who said Trump ordered it? Maybe those with knowledge know how compromised he is.

The only involvement with the DOD in civilian distribution is in assisting with logistical planning at internal state level.

The Administration (which bought the vaccine) tells the manufacturer when and where to ship.

This conversation makes me wish for an old-fashioned military coup. Let's just get this over with and to hell with the GOP and the Dems.

remember Trump said to the group on tV He said " OK, are you all happy now " and yes it looked like he was told to do what ever it was about the virus.

It changes up where the vaccine delivery sites would be. Different populations live in different areas. If a state cannot decide for itself when, where, and how they are using the vaccine, then they cannot always decide where and how they need it delivered.

Additionally, it's not like the freezers are infinite capacity, so even if the military delivery sites are limited in a state, if they can only deliver so much until the state takes it from there, then those freezers are full until those doses are shipped to sites for use.

Do you even remember the original post? we were discussing why the DOD may have delayed talking to the man in the basement.

Though I said it jokingly BEFORE, what is so urgent that he needs to know now, again he can't do anything till 1/21 and the DOD says they will resume 1/11.

Distribute vaccines immediately upon granting of Emergency Use Authorization/ Biologics License Application, using a transparently developed, phased allocation methodology and CDC has made vaccine recommendations.

Now that we're all back on topic, who says there is an abrupt halt? Is it the democrats? If so then they should provide some proof of their claims and not just go spouting unfounded accusations. Where is the proof that there was an abrupt halt? Has any been provided? I haven't seen any proof provided. Maybe it wasn't enough of an abrupt halt to have any effect on the transition team's efforts. Maybe it wasn't a widespread abrupt halt. Didja ever think of that?
